Outro Without Me

So hello / goodbye everyone,
As of late I have not been on McBrawl as I feel like playing the same old servers again and again is getting extremely repetitive and boring.

Over the last two years of my life I have been blessed with meeting all of you people. I do not know of any other community like this. What makes this server unique is the amazing variety of people that populate it. When I first started my journey here it was not known as McBrawl, instead it was called MultiPlayer Servers. Back then everyone knew everyone. This was whatI will call the golden age of McBrawl. There were very few DDoSers and hackers and the staff had string bonds with the community. Now this was ages ago, before chickenputty was staff, and people like Lloyd_Batty and future5 moderated the servers. Now sadly there are very few members of this age left, and this saddens me. Most of my really good friends have left, and I feel like what is becoming of this community will only hurt me more if I choose to stay.

The second reason why I am deciding to leave is that I am falling behind academically. With all the time that I have spent here my grades have been affected and I need to sort out my priorities. I want to become a lawyer, and if my grades do not improve then I will not be able to achieve my goal. My schedule is further filled by sport. I have a huge passion for football (soccer for all you Americans) and I can't keep active on Brawl if I want to continue my passion for the game.

Through my time here on Multiplayer servers / McBrawl you have been the one individual that has stood out as an amazing and loving person. When I first joined the forums I applied for the position of War moderator, and for that I received a lot of abuse and hate. Although you did follow the path of the other members, you were not as harsh or mean to me as they were; you gave me tips on how I could become better, you told me that there was always hope fore me in the future. And now look where I am, moderating WarZ with you. After I returned to the forums after being denied you were still kind to be and we soon because good friends; as I became more of a well-known member of the community you guided me through rough patches, and if there was one person that I could always count on to cheer me up, or I f I needed advice I always knew that there was a person called Pikmin_Hunter that would set me right.

Our friendship came to a bit of a halt when I became inactive because of my holiday in Vietnam. But when I came back you welcomed me with open arms and it was not long after that you applied for the position on Mc-warfare mod. At the time I could think of no better person to do the job, so naturally I voted yes on your app. I was in the middle of my lunch break at school, when I noticed that Putty had accepted your app; naturally I congratulated you and I was happy for you. But at the same time I was EXTREMELY jealous of you and your popularity. I soon started to hate you for who you were, you had everything that someone here on Brawl could want: Friends, popularity, skill, mod and a million other things. I am saying this because jealousy is one if my biggest flaws, but it can also be one of my biggest assets.

One day I was walking home from school and I was thinking about McBrawl like I usually do in my spare time. However this time I took a good look at who I was and who I wanted to be; I soon realised that I wanted to be just like you. Not for the mod tag, not for all the likes and popularity, but because I wanted to be a better person. You once again became my role-model and it was you that made me aspire to become what I am today.

Without you I would still be the grave-digging, raging, immature asshole that I was when I joined the forums almost a year ago. And for this I owe you everything that I have here and once again: Thank you for being the person that makes the change here at McBrawl. Thank you for being the one that makes my time here so much fun and for making me want to come back to be around all of you amazing people.

@Erader1498: You are one of the best staff that this server has ever had. I never got to know you well when you were a Gmod, but I felt just as heartbroken when you resigned the first time. It was amazing to see you come back and get Mod, and it as just as bad seeing you leave again. Love you mate <3.

@F1r3tar: Keep up all the good work keeping the forums idiots in line.

@Scoat2: I remember when the roles were reversed; I was mod and you were just an ordinary member. A very fun to talk to person at all times you have done your job amazingly and I wouldn't be surprised to see you claim the next Smod spot.

@JakeXBL: Oh man, what an adventure this has been. I remember PMing you about your ambitions to become a staff member, and from there on you have reached the highest heights. Keep up all the great work that you do, and you'll become a legend.

@specknav: I know that this will be surprising for most people, but I am going to miss you. I look back at the old you, the DDoSer, hacker and world class douchebag, and smile. It's great to see that you have changed so much and have shown everyone that people change for the better. Now you ma not be my favourite mod, but I think that more people should follow in your footsteps and change like you have. Stay safe, cya around.

@Giggadream: Shayne, I know that you don't really know me and thats a shame. I would have loved to get to know you better, and the times where we did talk I really enjoyed being in your company. Keep rapping like a boss, and send me some more of those awesome remixes.

@chickenputty: I don't think that many people recognise how much time and effort you put into these servers. I know that our relationship was rocky and that we did not always get along. I would like to apologise for everything that I aver did that made your job a pain. Cya around Adam.

So this wraps up my time at McBrawl. I will occasionally pop bye and see how you all are, but I will barely ever be here. Once again thank you all for making this one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life so far.

Who knows, 18? Maybe I'll come back after my exams and all that have finished but I don't think that I will ever be truely active again. As soon as school finishes I'm off to Japan for 1 1/2 months.

Anyways it's been a pleasure getting to know you, and I'll keep in touch over snapchat and skype. I love you babe <3
