    Here's something I've been reluctant on telling u guys. My parents forced me to join the swim team at my school (my mom says it's good for me, my dad says "you can get a job as a swim coach" and a bunch of college résumé bullcrap). But here's the thing: I HATE SWIMMING. Swimming was invented by Satan. I deplore it. I'd rather run 6 miles a day (which I used to do for track) instead of spending 2 hours in an outdoor pool dressed in skimpy speedos. Swimming is just absolute freaking torture for me. Also, I'm not even that GOOD. I convinced my parents to change their mind and let me join the track team (which I am way better at, I got bronze medal in hurdles) but they just refuse to give in. So, starting on January 26th, I'm going to be swimming 5 days a week, 4:30-6:30, which completely screws up my normal schedule. After practice I'm going to the library next to the pool to do my work (what else is there to do :meh:) I'm going to have almost no time for games and that stuff, and my parents always insist I do other things anyways. I'll have a little bit of the weekend, but that's about it. I'll still drop by the forums and plug.dj and chill around, as well as work on resource pack for a little bit but that's my only option right now. I hope I can survive these oncoming months of pure hell. See ya later guys.

    Swimming? Great fun for the whole family! Swimming in speedos? Eh, I think I would rather shoot myself...

    I like swimming. If you can, just go to the bathroom everyday and just wait it out, and if things get suspicious, just tell the coach that your parents feed you Indian takeout every day and you can't stay in practice because of all the demon turds the takeout is giving you.

    Thats what I did xD

    I honestly don't get why your parents would force you to do a sport. It's obvious you're not going to put in 100% effort if you don't like it.

    I sympathize. I didn't start learning how to swim until I was 9 because of my mum's mental illness, and when I did, I was way older than everyone else in my class and I despised it. Even today I can't stand swimming. Annoying thing is, I live on an island so it's kind of necessary :/

    I hope you can return to your normal schedule soon, Griffy, you're a unique part of our community.

    I like swimming with chicks....

    And swimming is a life skill, something that will always help you. Navy Seals swim.

    Evil doesn't do speedo's though.

    Swimming sucks. Hockey is bae.
    Even though I am in star bronze patrol :V
    I'm only in it for a future lifeguard job , which pays well for sitting on a high thingy staring at chicks all day at a beach.

    Speedos = things stick out not like they should.

    All the girls in the swim team have thunder thighs and man shoulders, really creepy, not attractive.

    Well Griffy see you around on plug dj. Try to make the most out of your experience, you might hate swimming and I don't like swimming either but its a good skill to have. See you around.
