Idea [Class Concept] Sniper

    Free (or premium)
    Armour:
    Full Leather

    Items:
    Wooden Sword renamed Sniping-Sword
    Left Clicking Will Shot an Arrow (does the damage equvilent to a Power I Bow)
    5 Steak

    Abilities:
    Arrow heals teamates
    Elf Sword gives 10% less damage
    Right clicking sword fies player in direction facing (5 sec cooldown)
    Hitting with sword poisons enemy
    Can't block Assasin instakills
    Diamond sword does half the normal damage NO MATTER the class

    Note: i made this idea to fill the missing leather free armour class (theres iron chain etc, so why not leather?)

    Besides we already have archer, which I guess is kind of like a sniper... ?

    This class is a very weak class due to the armor and weapon. Currently my quick advice is upgrtade the armor, upgrade the sword, tell us how high the damage from the arrow will be and add one more ability.

    I will give a more thorough advice if you update this post. :grinning:

    Is this guy from warz or something? CTF doesn't get snipers. The closest technical thing we have is engineer.

    Archer, actually. Engie's a personnel cannon, Archer's a sniper.

    What I never said Engineer was the sniper. I was saying that he was the most technical (because sniper isn't medieval or magical)

    Ah. I misunderstood. This thread, however, is not about the "most technical" CTF class. It is about @misterslime's Sniper class. A Sniper, though he uses technology today, could just as easily use a bow in the past, or in this case, a sword (Somehow. xD).

    ive been with MCPVP/MCCTF since 2012...
    btw the reason i thought of this in the first place was that i thought of CTF as in being in the past and stuff so the Sniper uses a sword as a kinda "new technology" to try to advance his/her team only to find the other has done the same.
    also we have Mage, Elf, Engi, and Archer so why not another ranged class

    If Noobs learn how to use Archer then they will understand that Archer is the sniper class, instead of spamming arrows or Pot shotting, you can actually get around 25-30 kills with just the 64 arrows if you learn how to use Archer properly.
