There are a lot of CTF and HG posts about changing things and dupe threads , but the admins are working out the bugs and the kinks, that's why its in Beta

I know there are people who have complained about the flag but some already he used to with new flag.

The pop ups are toggleable, you can set it to the big pop ups, subtitles (like where the kill streaks are), chat, or none.
I forgot the command exactly, but someone told me it and I did it and it works, the only thing is it only lasted that round, didn't even carry through the whole match, let alone forever.
But I'm sure it's something they're going to fix to make your choice permanent, probably still testing it.

 

Your choice is supposed to be permanent. It was bugged. Fixed now though, supposedly. I haven't been able to test, cuz gaming blanket ban. :c

NVM, I had a dumb moment. (I've had a lot of those today. ;-; ) The commands don't work rn. When Nom fixed everything else, he disabled the commands because they were bugged. He's working on them, I think. Dunno for sure, though.

 

banner is fine as long as it functions correctly (tho it does look a bit tall and derpy standing on the fencepost) and the pop-ups need to be in the chat or in that area where the medic/ks info is displayed imo. the lightening when the flag gets stolen needs to be brought back (no clue why tf they ever removed that feature) and maybe i can deal with the pop ups if they're like only for caps/end of game thingies so ya das wut i think also helo ducks!

 

Here is what they need to do:

Keep banner, use same mechanics as the old flag like recovery while it is in air.

Put stolen/recover in the 3rd text popup (where music disks names and killstreaks are shown). Only use title for caps and end game.

Fix the glitchy teles.

Add protection for classes with armor who have the flag because it is hard to win any fight when even .5 armor is gone and you are fighting the same class, keep in mind flag poison. I have been 1 hit killed too many times because I don't have a helmet on and fought a buffed class.

Make the scoreboard more clear.

 

What's not clear about the scoreboard?

 

I think I would be more drawn to the underlined 'Held by' than the actual flagcarrier this way...

The current scoreboard has no color to the names of the players holding the flag. I can't tell who has what teams flag.
