    Too easily abused.
    Mod+ can ban on their own, giving perm ban to th community will kill Brawl.

    Definitely not. Quite a lot of people lack the maturity for the rank, and would just ban people who they don't like. And if someone who is taking this seriously and does ban people who hack, they may make a mistake and ban someone who does not on accident. A month ban and scamming them should not be the punishment for such an easy mistake to make.

    They just need to give JMods ban perms, and add TMods (trial mods), so mods are trial for a week and if they mess up, they get demoted.

    Too much abuse...
    But they seriously need to put more mods up that can ban. You don't believe how many hackers I see in a day...
    It's def. more then in McPvP, that's for sure.

    SO many people would just go crazy and lose it with this. It would break Brawl to the point of no return in hours. And Brawl's ban messages have to include more info then just "You're perm banned."

    Brawl has its fair share of cheaters too. Combine that with MCPVP and you get an influx of cheaters.

    Maybe increase the kick time up to a day max. There are t-mods; they have the same commands as j-mods, but they're only mod on one server. Having a definite trial time isn't a good idea.

    They could change it if the admins think that they've seen the TMod for long enough after 3 or 4 days, and think they are/aren't suitable for the rank, and if after a week admins still aren't sure if the TMod is good enough or not they can extend it. It doesn't have to be fixed, but more like they should expect a week of trial that could change if needed.
