    Most mcpvpers agree that necro need more of an "aggressive" gameplay and not waiting at spawn and waiting for your zombies to do all the work.

    Hey anyone remember me? Top Necro kills, about 17,000 if I recall.

    Yeah I've been advocating for a new Necro for years, and here it is:

    1) Ditch the spawners and the pick
    2) Give Necro a number of spawn eggs, like Creeper, Wolves, Skeleton, Blaze, Endermite and Enderman.
    3) Allow the Necro to spawn up to 5 mobs from these eggs at a time. The XP bar will increase to full when the mobs are spawned. If they try to spawn a 6th mob, the oldest mob disappears. If a mob is killed, they can spawn a new one.

    This mechanic forces the Necro to do more than just dumping their spawner somewhere and hiding out. They need to be in the action and have the flexibility to pick their mobs to help them- for instance Creepers might be helpful for defending the flag room, Bowed Skeletons might be good for area defense, and Dogs could be used to team up on an individual (they are programmed to attack the person the player is attacking).

    This would make for a fun, balanced class.

    You once had about.... I think 10 spawners.
    well anyways I think Necro should have more of a shop for mobs to be upgraded so they wont be weak and useless

    10 spawners? try 12. That's how I got a 193 kill streak.

    I also found a way that spawners could attack their own team when you logged out (and better yet, the spawners were unbreakable). I did that one evening, and every server had zombies attacking everyone. Within 20 minutes they shut down the class and fixed it a week later.

    I recommend checking out @Webmant's necro rework. It's pretty creative.

    Didn't the staff do anything? Plus you didn't win legit, I did. I got 52 kills (kill streak) legit, unlike you :stuck_out_tongue:

    Agreed. The old version of Necro was a little more interactive because you spawned your zombies and they'd follow you around a little. That version of Necro wasn't perfect by any means but it was far more interactive to play with.
    The thing that irritates me about Necro is that the mobs just wander off though and sometimes fall into the void (they just walk off cliffs and stuff). So to add to your thing with Necro ... it'd be nice to be able to control where the mobs are going so that way the mobs aren't just derping around and ... not helping :stuck_out_tongue:
    And 17,000 kills? Damn...

    Other proposal:

    Make Necro to where every time they kill a player the Necro gets a zombie egg with some kind of buff that helps the zombie survive longer and be actually useful. The Necro also has a tele-porter that - when placed - transports all the zombies directly to wherever it's placed. The Necro can also still heal its zombies.
    In order to get more eggs the Necro has to kill more players. If a zombie kills more players that zombie gains more buffs (although this would be capped somewhere to keep super buffed zombies from happening).
    Under this rework the spawner and pickaxe are removed and the Necro gets a stronger sword.

    That was my idea for a rework^^ :smile:
