Here's some:

If a dwarf blocks its sword when an archer headshots the dwarf, the dwarf will not die, although he/she loses all their levels.

Sneaking and blocking with your swordAs elf will give you a temporary shield that blocks most projectiles (everything except Mage lightning).

 

Mention that that's for Elf. xD

doesnt count as death, you do see that you have been 'sniped', the person who headshotted you will also get the message that you got 'sniped', but they dont get the kill

 

For engineer: Right clicking your turret with your pickaxe rebuilds it if damaged, or can speed up the building of your turret if placed.

 

If your pickaxe is damaged, you can right click it to restore it to full health. Don't know if it works on Brawl, haven't tried.

 

Mention holding shift with your ninja sword gives you regen

 

That has already been mentioned.

However, @Tenshirox pretty certain it is half a heart per second.

If an elf reflects a headshot, the archer will be insta-killed unless they dodge.

 

Here's a couple of edits

 

Pyro's can instakill anything and their mothers as long as they are on fire. This includes Mage spells and Dwarf swords.

 

Medics have water breathing.
Medics can heal teammates by hitting them with anything in their inventory, even their fist.
Medic's healing did not used to have a cooldown.
MLG medics can survive a fatal fall by placing a web where they will land.
Medic webs used to be able to destroy water sources.
When an assassin activates their redstone, they can survive any fall for the duration of the assassinate.
If an assassin is poisoned or on fire and they activate their assassinate, they will die as soon as they take residual damage.
Pyros cannot insta-kill eachother.
It is possible to pummel an assassin to death with a medic web or lightning spell.
If an engineer has placed their structures down and a medic restores their items, the engineer still cannot have more than 1 of each structure placed down.
Ironically, using your wooden sword to aim manually as an engineer is very often not as effective as the automatic aim.
When you play as mage, in between the cool downs of your spells, you can still left click to melee with your hoes.
You can destroy the fence under an engineer turret to destroy the turret, but not the wool. Same with spawners.
If you step on a block which represents the opposite team's colour (the blocks which make up the spawn floor) you will die instantly. This can happen anywhere on a map, not just the other team's spawn e.g. On river crossing, there is a fire on top of nettherrack near the tents and you will die if you step on it as blue! If you are carrying the flag and you walk into any team's spawn, you will die too.
If you kill somebody with any kind of ranged weapon (bow, damage potion) but switch to another item just before they are killed, the text will show: "*victim's name* was killed by *your name* with *item you switched to*" This means you can headshot people with your steak and you can be shot by a regenerator
Necro's zombies will become invincible with a high enough kill streak.
Ninjas used to have 10 expendable pearls rather than 1 respawning pearl. This allowed for insta caps (capping in less than 10 seconds), the next level of ghost capping.
Ninjas' sword used to have sharpness VI but it was nerfed to sharpness V
Silly powder was supposed to prevent 414 (constantly switching between redstone and sword) but it is still possible to an extent.
Fashionista is only available on free day (Friday).
The flags used to be coloured wool (a block of wool which looked like you dropped it with q)
Engineer teleporters used to be two-way and represented by crafting tables with a redstone torch on top. Engineer regenerators used to restore all health AND items. Engineer turrets did not used to have health (good times eh)
Chemists' buffs used to give strength II and speed II rather than strength I and speed I.
There used to be a book in game which taught beginners how to play CTF, although not many people read it.
The only item in CTF which you can drop with q is the flag.
River crossing, standoff II, castle wars and kill creek are my favourite maps

If your Enderpearl lands while you are in a upward motion from a sponge, the momentum carries on with you. With enough practice you could go anywhere on the map in 3-4 seconds using this trick.
