WarZ = Dead

WarZ 2.0 is coming out soon, War-Z is going to die there is no doubt about it. 2.0 is going to take its place, we'll see what happens from there.

How can WarZ die? i think most of the people is on holiday atm, as me ;-)

 

I like warz as it is. It doesent need two point o.

 

Just because @LuckyPop has an opinion on WarZ doesn't mean it's 'dead' or 'dying'. I know he is an old player but seriously he himself has moved on, WarZ is dead for him, not the rest of us.

 

From the start of summer last year to 1-2 weeks into school over 50+ players on each server. No vacation would kill that many players. It's dead

 

I played actively back then (more than now) and I never once saw a time when every server had 50+ people online. Maybe if there was an event, but those are generally on one server. I just know that when WarZ 2.0 comes out, if it's anything like they say it'll be, they'd better keep warz servers to play on cuz I am not playing on that.

 

There were times when literally servers 1-10 all got at least 40 players.
Look at LuckyPop's episodes (21-30) of when the new map first came out.

 

This was true, especially when I stayed up late. Every server more than 20 people on. I went to episode 20 and watched most of the time. Especially near the end of that video ;p.

 

We are hoping that the 2.0 update will do just that. I know many people are skeptical of whether or not 2.0 will actually come out, but I assure you it will. If anything is going to save WarZ, then 2.0 is the thing.

 

About 1/5 or just slightly less of the server is a donator on WarZ. 2.0 will basically kill out the donators or people who combo. But I guess that means more players will play who aren't donors. I bet someone will find a way to combo in someway. (I wonder who found a no delay glitch when combos had a 15 second delay for a few days. *starts whistling*) If the server use a different way to remove combos, good.

Spoiler: Fact :No combo attempt in 2014

Because back in March or April 2014. I was the very first person to bypass the no combo thing. (Just watch people continue playing and begging me how to bypass it.) If they do use exact same thing to stop combos don't expect anything out of me kids. Although I might take advantage of it 11/10. But knowing McBrawls constant development it won't be the same. There was no possible way to fix that no delay glitch at the time so I was simply told not to exploit it. It was actually fun to play with no combos. Where I just either sniped or sprayed the person. But I found that out on the night before combos were readded but with a delay so macros and fastplace can't work.
