CTF XP?

    Ok so I have played CTF for a long time (Before Brawl Hosted it) and I just now noticed that sometimes when a game ends it will say, "Congrats you won 5 xp." What does the xp do? I have look around the forums and haven't found anything.
    Can anyone tell me what it does? Comment!

    Well if you played CTF before Brawl you would know..

    MCPVP had an XP system and doing certain objectives gave you XP.

    it wasn't there when it transferred over though. I won a few games and noticed there was no xp msgs. Same with HG!

    It'd be cool if every 100 XP you could get a free kit in any gamemode

    XP was used to get new classes and such without a premium rank.
    I don't believe brawl will be keeping it, but I am not certain :stuck_out_tongue:

    Maybe beside your name in blue it could say how much XP u have on CTF. To shoe if they're good or not or active

    @Turmac I believe the system was there all along. You don't get XP for winning games though, only for capturing the flag, recovering the flag and killing the flag holder.

    @AtomicStrafes That's a bit much, don't you think? ATM capturing gives you 10XP, means 10 caps = 1 free kit. I think I manage more than that per day.. Also, I reckon brawl wants to keep most kits pay-exclusive.

    XP doesn't do anything anymore. They removed it.

    It still exists. Sorry. I got XP just yesterday. Question is if it ever comes to use again. And I haven't seen any posts concerning that from brawl, correct me if mistaken.

    Yes, you still get XP, but they're as usleess as expired coupons.
