Mass Engineers in this match, but the real reason why?

at spawn to restrict engineers/necros from placing - there seems to be none

 

Oh, yeah I don't know. Sometimes that's map based, but it should be fixed either way.

Well thats one of the most annoying things in CTF.
There are hackers in nearby every game, and no moderators/admins to ban them.
I would like to see a better Anti-Cheat system and maybe some more moderators.

I more ment the fact that people were haxoring, so everyone want Engineer to counter the haxors??

 

CTF is in Beta. knohax is being worked on, and is part of the reason CTF is in Beta. Brawl has a lot of mods already, but it's up to players to report any hackers they see by either doing /report, recording and submitting footage at brawl.com/report, or reporting hackers in the slack group.

 

I think ctf is especially hard to fix because autobans can accidentally ban soldiers who wall climb too high or ninjas who tp too far in one pearl.

Possible fix, use normal anti-fly and anti-speed on all classes that don't have any mobility enhancements (i.e. soldier, assassin, ninja). For the rest, keep a maximum y-coordinate a person can have.

Importantly, most hackers use heavy to hack. I think that if we add the usual fly checks to heavy, it can stop hackers from joining.
