3, everything's going really smoothly but the whole mod system kinda ruined it for me.

Brawl will always be inferior to mcpvp unless they do nonstop miracles for like 3+(X months from now) months for CTF to upset two straight months of failures

 

Engi is f*cked up, I can glitch invisible teleporters and infinite turrets. Ugh. Waiting for Nom to fix....

 

Yeah loss of McPVP has hurt me pretty deap. I really miss the ****ty old YAF forums, abusing random glitches McPVP forgot to fix, and trash talking the Blue Flaggers. It's especially terrible that Brawl is communist and censors free speech - the ****ers.

 

I thought this was another complain thread... thanks you just made my life a hell lot easier.

 

I have a 2000 word complaint that brawl needs to fix.
1. The lag is serious. I have NEVER experienced this much server lag on ANY server. It once was supposed to be a skywars battle that took 15 seconds.... but instead it lasted for 5 minutes. I experience lag at almost all the brawl servers. I would like to start a petition to increase server RAM to prevent lag. This would then make customers happier and make games fun and fast-paced. The only servers in which I have not seen lag on is HG. And believe me, whenever I do /ping it says I have around 50ms and the server is lagging, not me. So therefore you can conclude that brawl needs to fix the server lag or else gamemodes won't be fun. Thank you for reading this Brawl, as I did not mean to offend you in any sort of way.

Apart from the vast majority of Brawl mods being retarded and completely irrational, Brawl isn't too bad.

 

Do you know if knockback is a bit... Extreme? I don't know if it's just me but recently, I find myself getting knocked into corners or getting knocked back and forth between players.Is it just me?

Are you EU by any chance? If so it may be the fact that you're now playing on US servers and your ping is higher, as unlike MCPVP, Brawl only has US servers.

 

No. I'm US. Have you experienced increased knock back lately? It feels like I get knocked farther more frequently. Especially when I'm hit into a corner. I'm usually able to get out but lately, once I'm in a corner, it's impossible to escape

 

Yup. I have the same thing. A lot of other people (Especially @DTJ5511 and @arcticwolf246) have been complaining about it as well.

 

I have never felt that ninja bug when play it. Feels exactly the same as it was on mcpvp.

 

If you're taking high knockback I'd advise relogging. Players that log in first take more knockback than players who log on the latest.

 

I've been inactive since about a week after ctf came back. I just didn't see many familiar faces and for some reason the lag was a lot worse for me after the move. I wouldn't say that contributed as much as the return of dungeon fighter online. But yeah every time I log on I see someone flying across the map or some person with force field trying to hit me while I'm in spawn till he walks in and dies immediately. Also it's kinda hard to see arrows coming at me when the flag message blocks the whole screen. But basically yeah that's me.

 

I have ONE problem with the move. I've noticed a lot of heavies. What do you call a large number of heavies traveling together? A pack, a swarm, a curfuffle, a problem? (probably the third one) Turning around to see a curfuffle of heavies is the scariest thing I've ever seen. Then when they start speed hacking.... But, I have seen one group take a flag and fly away (since when can they fly? Nom must have added it in XP) then they all get kicked at the same time. Omg SOO funny! I'm going to have to take a vid or a pic of the next curfuffle(That's what I'm calling it) I see.

 

In my personal opinion, the previous MCPvP servers are better, and in more capable hands. MCPvP was indeed consistent, but it was at the same time chaotic when hclewk left, leaving BadBoyHalo in charge (Praise that the tyrant isn't staff on Brawl, I would be long gone.)
But overall, it's much more enjoyable, and the abusive relationships have much less tensions between the staff members and the community. The community is much more heard here, rather than leaving most decisions up to Admins and Mods alone.

 

I agree. Knockback seems like it has been increased for every class. Trying to ghost is a pain when you don't have a wall to support you from the knockback.
