Idea Elf Buff

    Elf is really bad. Lets buff it.

    Here's a couple of problems:
    - Terrible armor
    - You need to fully charge the pure element for it to do something useful
    - You need to fully charge the earth element for it to do something useful
    - You need to fully charge the wind element for it to do something useful
    - You need to fully charge the water element for it to do something useful
    - A quickly drained healthpool
    - It really sucks a lot
    - We really need to buff this useless piece of wasted time and effort

    Here's a couple of ideas to make Elf better:
    - Buff the armor a small bit
    - Give Elf permanent Speed I
    - Maybe another steak
    - Lower the particles after a successful Pure hit. They make it really hard to see.
    - Give the Water effect Regen II
    - Give Earth and Water a left-click command, having it's effect produced where the Elf is standing. That'll make it much easier to counter Ninjas, run away, buff teammates, buff itself and perform better in melee
    - Give it 10 minutes of coding time

    It takes WAY too long for a bow to be drawn by any class. I'd say speed 1 would be useful if combined with iron boots and no need to fully charge the bow. This can create SOME bow spam, but that's already very limited by the arrow count.

    I think the problem runs deeper than just the class being underpowered. To me, elf seems like it really lacks much of a sense of direction other than being a mid range class. It's got a bunch of niche abilities without any real role development. I think the best thing to do would be to rework the classes abilities so that they are able to perform a solid role without being underpowered

    I agree. I don't really understand why the class is part of the game from a role perspective and I don't think a buff of Elf's abilities solves that.

    Why not just remove elf and use a different class which isn't a completely useless bandaid class

    I have a very interesting idea: pull elf into the pyro-chemist-soldier reworks and make elf a counter to both chemist and pyro. Make the water spell give people medic's fire immunity for a certain amount of time.

    I have an idea,

    Rename "pure element" to "fire element" and let it give people fire damage, elf may also have double sword damage against burning targets. Elf now has all 4 the elements, how convenient!

    (Now we can finally get rid of pyro).

    Also, to give the water element a new use, how about water element can have the milk neutralizer effect on enemy buffs and team status damage like; poisen, blindness, fire, etc?

    BONUS: when shooting a dwarf with the water element, the dwarf loses one full level of xp everytime when shot!

    ANYTHING is an element. Too close to pyro. But it sounds interesting.
