today I am going to tell you some useful tips on using pyro, so you don't look like a noob!

    Step 1:
Do not use your flint and steel. Just don't, it's a waste of time. Half the time your setting yourself on fire and irritating everyone. Flint and steel spam is one of the most annoying things on ctf,

    Step 2:
Be mobile. Nobody likes a mindless pyro who stands in one spot and draws their bow back in the flag room, instead, draw back your bow, move around, maybe switch positions so when a ninja comes to target you they take a split second longer to find you, which is all you need to let go of the bow and kill them.

    Step 3:
How to take out a medic; strafe around them: basically moving in circles around them so they can't hit you but you can hit them, and sometimes going counterclockwise and clockwise back and forth to confuse your opponent. Remember that medics have a worse weapon than you. Hit them as many times as you can and steak when they hit you every two times. This can work for dwarves but steak immediately, also for other pyro's as well.

    Step 4:

Capping with pyro: time to use your instakills! Sneak into the flag room, draw back your bow and fire when you can hit around three people at once (depending on how many people) kill them, and if there's a medic just hold your steak after killing the rest, steak every few seconds after grabbing the flag and running out, when people come to recover, just instakill them with your bow, (I use flint and steel at this point since I'm outnumbered, but never spam it) once you get back just be very alert of people trying to recover

    Step 5:
Defense: try to find places outside of the flag room, to remove the chances of people getting into the flag room in the first place, this stops the following classes easier: chemist, soldier, elf, and engineer.

In conclusion: pyro is technechly a nooby class, but the ways I've shown actually require skill. So if your looking to have a bit more fun with pyro you've come to the right place. Thanks for reading!!!

Never do this. It doesn't matter if you look like a noob, you'll never be an effective pyro if you try to play fair. Proof? Soldier and chemist.

Not only that, you can also light people if you miss with the bow or can't draw it back. Trust me, very helpful.

tbh my only tip on pyro is to set the player on fire and use the axe. That's all you need

I actually prefer for Flint and Steel to be used against me than bows. Blame AoE.

I used to be pyro just as much as I was archer--anyone who knows me knows I'm saying I played it a lot.
1: FnS has a use. A good one. Even on defense. Just never, ever spam it.
    2: Pyro has no chance against a dwarf. ;-;
3: Idk why you would play outside of the flag room. I agree with staying mobile within the flag room, but outside just gets you killed and your defense has better chance of falling apart.

Playing fair and playing smart are very different, if you wish to win games then I'd advise following the opposite of this guide, but it's pretty good for a "fair" game.

1- You see Mr. Minebrick, there are 2 strategies: Use a cleverly performed tactic and strategize your moves, or what most heavies do: just left click until you can't left click anymore. And, you see Mr. Minebrick, sometimes the whatever class uses the tactical strategy whilst the heavy uses the left-click strategy, and sometimes, strategy no. 1 works out, but sometimes, strategy no. 2 comes out on top. It's just luck.

2- I have never in my life heard of a solider. Is it like a guy that makes stuff solid or something?
