    This map is inspired by Blackout. I tried to achieve a similar gameplay style through stuff like spawn close to the flag, a small map, quite open and high mobility in the hopes of achieving the fast gameplay that Blackout gets whilst also fixing the issues that came with that, e.g. soldier being op.

    Feedback is appreciated, although I'm not too fussed about what people say about aesthetics, I am more bothered about any gameplay issues.

    Edit: The screenshots are updated to show the changes I've made. I added another way into the flag room, remade the trees and added more of them, all being parkour/ladder accessible, and made a way to get onto the flags above the flag room.

    Not symmetrical in both directions and doesn't seem that small.
    Yet I still like it.

    it's flipped as opposed to rotated. if you read up on quar's map requiem thread this is allowed

    Sorry, I forgot I was going to give feedback.

    • You added mot of a middle section, which is nice. However, there's not much cover from archers. Maybe add some custom trees or little ruins around the lake.
    • The flagroom is a huge improvement, but it still can be blocked off easily, since both entrances are basically the same. I would advise three entrances, one from the left, one from the right, and one from the middle. Maybe one of them can start on the top of the hill.
    • There are four flags you built on the map. None of them have any way to get up there without a wall-climb ability. Although it is easily head-shottable, there is still no way for people to get up on top of the flags. I would advise adding sponges to improve access to these flags.
    • All the trees looks the same. They are small, and do not add to the map very much. If I were you, I would make my own trees. It will not only add to the look of the map, but it will aid in gameplay if you make the trees larger, as I think you should.
    • At some point, I remember you mentioning that you wanted the gameplay to mimic Blackout. I love the gameplay of Blackout; it's one of my favorite maps. However, I don't feel this would achieve the same gameplay as Blackout. Blackout is an offense-oriented map; you rarely see defensive standoffs on Blackout. However, this map is defense-oriented. If you would like to have similar gameplay to Blackout, add more entrances to the flagroom. Also. a sponge or two wouldn't hurt.

    Really small map just by looking at the screenshots (Looks about maybe 150x100? 200x100?;-;
    Uhh hmm...

    Not much detail, seems pretty bland (I would put more diversity in your map with various blocks such as different types of wood, sand, wool, clay, etc. Don't make it simply exclusive to basic oak, and different types of stone.)

    Where exactly is flag...?

    I can see it in this picture, but I would go back and change the flag to say
    "HEY, THE FLAG IS HERE, THIS IS WHERE YOU GO, THIS IS CTF, RIGHT HERE!"
    So yeah. That. But I don't recommend turning the flag room into a big blob of red/blue.

    Maybe add some paths throughout the map? Say from one spawn to another, a few bridges here and there, and definitely one to the flag. No offense, but I completely missed the picture of flag room (Because I didn't know it was the flag room xD)

    Good luck! This map has a lot of potential, just try to make it a bit lengthier I suppose.... Or have a big underground to make up for the maps small size.

    there's also a fairly large flag above the flag room which is a decent hint as to where the flag is

    I like this map as a fast gameplay/high mobility one! Hopefully we can finally get rid of blackout and whiteout, when this one gets accepted.

    It looks a bit small, which may be trouble for ninja cappers?
    Considering you can cover a lot of ground in one enderpearl.

    it's very very hard to ghost cap and there's no easy way to pearl out from the flag. so unless the defense sucks ninja capping wont be an issue
