    Builds - For AdvBuilder, great job! Good detail on the brick houses. (+1)
    Application - Doesn't look like it took you over 10 minutes to complete the application. (-1)
    Maturity - Well, you've gotten demoted before, so that doesn't leave a great first impression, but I don't know you well enough to say anything about your maturity. (+0)
    Activity - Great! I see you ingame a lot! (+1)

    +1. Just as @MrWaffleman said, improve on your application, and then I can be sure on my +1.

    Steak, you are very immature, therefore I do not think you are eligible to re-gain Advanced Builder, also I would like to state that you call me hurtful/offending names in msg, also you stole a build from YouTube, Lastly, I would like to state that there is no proof.
