Seriously, I don't know why I'd get offended if somebody says that I'm "Some random eu player".
I mean, it is true, I'm one of many dozens of eu players, I'm one of them.
I'm a more or less random eu player. Why would I get offended by that? Sure, maybe I'm the leader of a (newer) team, but honestly, Unico is maybe a team but it didn't have any matches (so it isn't really well known yet). There's no reason to get upset about this one word 'random' so much. By asking who said 'randy' (false quote btw), you brought up a 'discussion' which lasted two or three messages. You made it only worse. All the others saying that you are a randy only did it to mock you, and they went on because you seemed to care about it. You yourself were probably the cause of all that, and it's pretty obvious that you made the thread because of the things which were said to you (and if they were said to me, I wouldn't give a f*ck, but well... special case here, huh? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

As well, I heard a great quote about this topic.

"overhearing a rude insult about somebody else and then telling that person being insulted, is like picking up an arrow that missed somebody's back and stabbing them in the face with it."

I like the sentiment behind this post but ultimately it's better to stand up when you see direct insults and not care when you see indirect ones.

Think about it. If somebody were to call you a f*ckwad behind your back and you never found out, would you be affected in the slightest? No, you literally would not care.

Also, since you're literally never going to stop people from hurling anon insults over a medium like a text chat, it's easier to remind people that the people who are insulting them are inferior and are to be ignored. If people have to resort to bullying you they're not worth the half a second it would take you to read their post.

 

I could give 2 pieces of horsecrap if anyone hates me on this or any server. if they wanna hate then let em ill just kill them over and over and over till they get ticked off and get an ulcer or something along those lines x3

am i the only one that doesnt see a point in making a thread like this

almost 99.5% of time when you would tell the player that he is cheap the player either
a)doesnt speak english
b) doesnt care as long as he's having fun
c) replies with something bad/rude, goes into a fight etc.


my only positive experience with this kind of approach was with @gio

i know you are a unicorn and you gotta be positive but it sadly doesnt work this way
