Believe in yourself always try 100%

Hey there CTF,

This topic is unusual to be put in this area of the forum but soon as it's my home gamemode. I still get asked or I see someone with this problem and this problem is what the title says.

A few of months ago, I introduced myself here to Brawl and enjoyed meeting so many fantastic individuals! I have had a blast so far. In this short space of being with Brawl, I have been able to make friends, meet many staff members and even have the chance to play the one and only gamemode I have always loved. I will get to the point fast but I want you to hear a little of my back story. As lots of you may know, I am from MCPVP and I was one of the first on CTF really but I wouldn't say I was the very first because there is so little I remember from when I first joined. I looked up to all the moderators and how I envied them and how i wanted to be in their position and being able to moderate such a fantastic gamemode. Here at Brawl I saw an opportunity. Not just because of applications. It's the fact that staff listen much better than MCPVP. The idea constantly I had in my mind at MCPVP is that i could change it and make it better. It seems such a long and daunting impossible task but so little can be done at the start and that's where my topic begins.

Many people say to me, "I give up" or "How do i become good at .." The evidence is just there. If you want to do anything, anything at all, you just need to start. Just because your name is lost in the gigantic sea of many numbers that doesn't mean you are insignificant in any way. Everyone started somewhere and they started with nothing or something but just tried until they got there. I was amazed to see how many people wanted me on as a moderator and that's whats fantastic. It's not just the tag and this idea of "responsibility". It's all about making others happy and making sure there is someone there to push them to their goal. I'm not saying that i will get such a position but if there is one thing out of all the odds, if you try, you are guaranteed to get it. Try. Just try and start something. Get someone to help you. Make sure that person helps you build that first brick wall or ladder to success.

The problem that we seem to not be able to solve or have today is that people think they are not making an impact to the community they are in or where-ever. Believe in yourself. Don't doubt yourself because if there is anyone in your way in stopping your goal, it's you. If you doubt yourself you can only blame yourself and you begin to structure this circle where you get absolutely no where. Trust me everyone reading this of Brawl. If you are having a hard time like I have spoken to so many already, please take what i have said in mind because it's important that some answers that pop in your head isn't the solution. It's a rather depressing topic i imagine you know what I mean. That's not over a game. It's where people think their lives are screwed over. It's rather sad to explain that soon is it may upset many.

Just try, above all as to what i have said, believe. Just please believe. A huge community or a group of people can do so much at once that 1 person can. You could move giant boulders if you wanted to because all ideas would collaborate together and you are sharing ideas. That may seem a silly example but you may get my point. That's all my topic is about. Please have your head up, even when times are down. Put on a smile.

Well I never saw it that way. The reason I made the thread is there are thousands of players in and out of brawl. There maybe a chance someone would like to see this thread because they struggle. There are dozens of people wanting to do exactly what you want to do. So this means, if they don't succeed they thing you wont and they will drag you down to the bottom again. They will flame or troll you or what ever and criticize everything. Don't listen to people like that. This community needs this because I not only needed to contribute, but i think this gamemode should be happy.

Tha'ts completely fine. I have to be honest, some people can be so arrogant to others who want help. If they wish to live in their own shadow,so be it, I wouldn't worry about things like that if they either wont pay attention to a thing you say or you can't find a solution around it. It sounds strange this but some people such as myself have a heart for things like this. Because we are all different, you may not grasp the point i tried to make here. I can't change the community, but knowing that i'm there for others is why this post was made.
