Lets stop the hate in CTF

Honestly, hate will never stop for everyone. People have there own opinions to express and you have to deal with it. Don't know how you're going to accomplish that, but do it without interfering others.

As an original Brawler, I question you McPvPers why you contradict or misinterpret the author as a guy who is preaching for your most popular server. There is no beef between the 6 of you guys, Ducky, and myself. With patience, you will understand this man's point and reason for putting this out for the whole community to read. He asks for a better population. A better community of Minecrafters who will learn that although we may not share the same minds, we are still humans who can craft building blocks. Building blocks that will support, teach, and feed ourselves different lessons and ideas as a whole online community. Ducky wants us to be not just one big block of the same thought but a haven that flourishes as smoothly as he believes it can. Yes I am preaching as well and you may first dismiss me as another lower person and I understand that. However, we can still make the community strong even when it has people thinking the most contrasting thoughts from each other.

 

When could you craft in real life?

 

My apologies for your confusion. It is a literary term called Hyperbole meaning I exaggerated that phrase. Crafting in the way I used it there meant create in our minds. The building blocks are inanimate and nonexistent because they are meant to be signs of support in our lives. Again, sorry for the misinterpretation.

tbh, half of those quotes are jokes, so, y'know, they dun matter. The rest had an actual conflict of opinion, and said that. He asks for those things, and watever else you said in that flowy writing. And they read, they might not have understood, but it's a fairly simple point so I bet they did, and the ones that contradicted him had a different opinion. As a "original McPvPer," I question why you contradict or misinterpret the statements of people who had a different opinion then the OP.

Trying to stop anon hate on forums is like trying to stop a truck with your face.

Besides, as much as I like the intention, it comes across as slightly 'holier-than-thou'. You've got to know by now that this does nothing, but you post it anyways to try to be the better man.

And ironically, I made my post a joke and didn't divulge my actual opinion on the matter, but since you didn't seem to get that here you go.

Besides, people should have learned long ago that it's easier to grow a thicker skin than it is to control every word everyone ever says. It doesn't matter how many insults are being thrown at you when you realize that it's just some text on a screen.

I thought I had proved my point as to why I contradicted people who had different opinions than said author. I must not have expressed that part more clearly enough so pardon me. I honestly believe we can still function as strongly as community as ourselves individually. Those quotes are jokes? We can't guarantee that Ducky is joking but I will take your word for it. However, this is a serious debate isn't it? This community is actually somewhat of a mess right now and if not, it's preparing for it's own decease.

And you. This isn't the whole internet as I see it is a small online community that was doing fine. It was. I do NEVER want to bring peace and all of that soft stuff over the internet or even this forum. Not even close. I intend to make a few individuals be more cautious of what they post on a forum like this rather than the population of 20,000+ accounts. For your joke, I did not see that one as a joke but you intended it as a joke so I'll take it.
