Outro Pce nerds

Hey guys, I'm kind of too lazy to write up a long quitting post, therefore this will just be a summary.

I've had some issues with the way things have been run on brawl recently, I disagree with some of their policies, I disagree with how they treat their staff, and so on. I mean, these mods are some of the most dedicated people I know. They put heart into everything they do, and only mean the best for brawl. Not only does brawl require them to be active in-game, they also require them to be active on the forums, the teamspeak, ban appeals, and reports. Now, its not that they SHOULDN'T be active in these categories, but getting mad at them when they are not is bogus. Those are not even the only requirements... those are just the activity requirements.

Then, even when the mods follow all of their jacked up requirements, they still don't trust them... I mean... FULL mods have to record their bans. That means that you have to record your bans after passing TWO demotions/promotions. Overall its just bogus.

Overall staff disrespect:

Recently, an admin was dropping the packets of a moderator for around a week. (Basically not letting them connect to servers/teamspeaks/forums.) The mod had no clue until recently... and I feel terrible for them. What a horrible thing to do. No action was taken on this admin.

I see mods get yelled at in ts for warning a player 'wrong' or for having a shorted ts name. Really? Does it matter that much?

The admins talk bad about the mods behind their back, that shouldn't happen. Overall, brawl is not a very good working environment. Now 'How does that effect you!' I hate to sit back and watch my friends receive this level of disrespect. Its not fair for the mods or the players. These mod's keep the servers hacker free and just generally make the server a better place. Why should I sit back and watch them be mis-treated?
