    I think we all know that a very large part of the community is addicted to CTF. We see people complaining about various stuff, yet they still play. We see regulars who announced on the forums that they quit playing again, wether on their main or secretly on their alts. So I can say with full assurance that a large part of the community will buy their beloved soldier back if they need to :wink:

    And you will lose ALL of the players who don't have premiums. It's not like this is the only good CTF server. And other people coming to the server will be turned off by all the premium classes with only 3 non-premiums. So, in short:

    Player retention: 0
    Regulars lost: 10
    Non-regulars lost: 200-300 people who don't have premiums/aren't totally addicted
    So, you'll be left with only regulars. Which is enough people to maybe fill one server.

    Newcomers don't know any better sir. Also, I notice people on brawl donate way faster then people did on MCPVP, which is interesting. And, ofcourse we still have the freedayfriday!

    Seriously? Brawl is younger kids than MCPVP, AKA parents, AKA less donations.

    That is simply not true. Ever since brawl I've seen new regulars donating quite fast. Age doesn't matter, how do you get those numbers by the way?

    I think since it is a free class it should stay as simple as possible. If there is anything more than minimal information needed when you first play it feels similar to MMO minigames on minecraft.

    I never had much of a problem with soldiers, probably because most of the time when they try to run away I switch to archer and snipe them.
    Btw, isn't this idea a little bit more op than the way solider is now?

    Okay. First of all, I would be long gone if I had to pay for my favorite class. Why does it need to be a paid class? Are you trying to make the saying "Pay to win" actually true. Tbh, the only nerf soldier needs is its wall climbing. No need to make 1.9 useful, which it wasn't in the first place, and plus CTF won't make CTF into 1.9
