I just read that and I don't find any of it disrespectful, we're allowed to speak our mind here.

 

lol people have been saying Brawl is shutting down since 2013 and guess what, we are still here in 2015.

I'll be honest, I was treated with respect, but I was not trusted and some people avoided me on the staff team. I didn't find it to be a welcoming atmosphere.

 

The way he express it is immature, the way he said "don't apply for mod", that's just his opinion, not something that is a fact. He may not like it, but he thinks it's good for everyone else, just shows that 'you know everything', sure he was a mod. But he's not to judge people if they wanted to apply. There's a better way of saying "Brawl is crap" in a mature way, he just blurted out everything, half of his thread is just opinions made into metaphors... what is his opinion doesn't apply for everyone else, but he acts as if it it does.

He said himself he was inactive, there were things he could do as a good staff member to solve this issue of him not being able to moderate, there's a difference between moderating and not willing to be a good staff member. I'm guessing the same would apply on any other server, do you think servers want Staff Members that are inactive and don't do anything? It was his fault that he was inactive, he could've told the staff to give him a cooldown because he was inactive, or he could've resigned right there. If he didn't like hanging out with the "pigs", then "if you hang out with the pigs you'll smell like them", I'm not saying that Staff Members are pigs but if he thinks they are. Then he should've took action to stop "hanging out with them", but he just chose to stay. Sure, even I agree at McPvP he was doing a really nice job, but this is Brawl, McPvP AND Brawl. If he didn't like the way the community was and decided to go to BBH, then he should've done it earlier and not made a fuss about everything.

He resigned, therefore is no longer a mod, it was his decision. So I could judge on what he was saying, anyone can be judged for something wrong they do. He made everything plain clear to everyone about how Brawl stinks. So I would say he was a great staff member, but because he did that, I'll just make everything plain clear about him. (I'm 12 no where near an adult :V)

 

Damn, best wishes Fbm. I didn't know you too well on MCPVP, but you were always one of the best mods that I've known, and it's a shame you had to go.

 

The way he expresses it is not immature. He said don't apply for mod. First of all, that is neither opinion nor fact. It's a statement of advice. There's nothing there in the form of truth or lies, so your point is basically bad in the first place. He never said brawl is crap, he just said its the worst place to work in, and that's his opinion. He never said that he's right and anyone who disagrees with him is wrong, so that point is also incorrect. He never acted that way, and I don't see any evidence that shows that.

He was inactive, and he didn't need to or want to solve the issue, because there was no issue in the first place. He does stuff all the time. You clearly don't understand that he didn't want to stay, and he didn't really care he was demoted. He didn't really make a fuss about anything, just stated the outro, and the reason why he was inactive. He'll do fine at other servers because to him, they treat their mods right.
Anyways, again, you have no right to comment on the maturity of something. If you don't know what it is, don't comment.
