Complete [CTF] Vecchio Posto

    Background Information:

    I guess you could say that I'm back in the business.

    I never really stopped building entirely, I just had a brief hiatus of creativity so I stopped building full on maps. However, my free build world has been quite active with new structures and I also helped @Shawn_ with the new version of "Flood." I've also been focusing on the team that @b0b4444 and I lead (shoutout to The Flying Walruses!) Ever since Wave X was released, I haven't completed any maps so this is my first map since then.

    Even with that being said, I always have map ideas swirling around in my head. I hope that's natural. But really, it's sort of like putting a puzzle together, but it's in your head, so there goes that analogy. For this map, I just knew that I wanted separate villages, a river, and a functional underground (how creative, I know.) I think it's fair to say that I delivered on those points.

    For those wondering, "Vecchio Posto" is yet another Italian name, as that's only natural since I come from an Italian background and English names are the definition of "lame." It means "Old Place," because I'm creative.

    Even though the flags are set up to be diagonal, this could probably work as a five capture map, though I guess three is fine as well. The map is extremely short, though, this was intentional as I always seem to create maps fairly large in size. The dimensions are a merely 142 blocks long and 120 blocks wide. However, once again, the flags are diagonal which makes everything a little more interesting. Also, with this map, I wanted to try to enforce some different gameplay ideas. The spawn is a little far from the flag room, which will make things interesting. I also wanted to enforce more of the village and underground routes, as going straight down the middle doesn't make anything interesting, if anything, it's a giant choke point. As you might be able to tell, the bridges aren't roofed either, but there are three of them (there was originally four, but @b0squet suggested that I should just make one big bridge in the middle and two on the sides rather than four small bridges.)

    I believe that's all there is for that section, I give major props to anyone who actually read all of that.

    This is the spawn area, fairly simple.

    This is the flag room. It has three entrances (one on each side besides the back wall.) Though I'm not a fan of water, I decided to add it because if I didn't, I feel that defense would have a field day. Also, the triangle is to block headshots.

    This is the village and middle area. Just a note, there are restrictions on the bridges and on the stone in the water, as well as in the village areas. Also, the middle bridge has had a small update aesthetic wise, there is now red and blue wool just so the player understands what side of the map they are on.

    I like how it's somewhat terraced. I love pvping on hills, so this looks great!

    thank you & the names are all italian, i come from an italian background. i don't really like english names and the italian ones sound better (villaggio chiesa sounds better than village church, right?)
