The History of CTF (fictional version cuz reality is boring)

Welcome fellow CTFers. I am Depli'Casus Godlactus Depsorius. I'm a Depsorian. I'm from the planet Vanalva of the constellation of Castella. I'm 21 billion years old and today I will share with you lovely people the long and epic History of Capture The Flag.

Back in 683 712 490 B.C, in Slotchaklin, the capitol of Slivakia, the Slivakian government, which was at the time dealing with extreme racism against blue, white and greens and social problems in the country at the time, needed a way to relieve the stress of parlament. So that was the time when, the Head of Communications, Hallo Piu, decided to set up a never-ending tournament of different matches and called it "Capture The Flag". And that's basically how CTF was born! But ofc, knowing me, I'm gonna carry on the story.
So, with the technical things being dealt by his associate Nom Nugget, CTF became a popular game all around Vanalva, extending from the Slivakians, Unicorn Tribes and Kippys of Clakt-Vini to the Zombozians, Jaydanians and Depsorians (Jaydanians and Depsorians separated bcuz at this point in time the Depsor-Jexen unification treaty was not signed) on Val'Halla, with people from all over the place coming to participate in the games.
But not all was right for long, as about 1 year after, Slivakia declared war on the Kippliava, thus beginning a 3 year dark age for CTF. During that time, Slivakians were busy in the war, leaving only Nom and the players that weren't Slivakian, Kippy, Depsorian, Porkerian or Cowerian (Coweria was in the middle of a war for independence from Porkeria at the time and Depsoria was trying to make them both sign a peace treaty). And as, well, the Unicorn people didn't have hands, the Jaydanians were in the middle of an economic crisis, the Skeletans were skeletons and the Zombozians were and still are quite dumb (how do Zombozians even still have their own country?! Oh, well tbh, I don't think any of the countries that are adjacent to Zombozia would want it, as their infrastructure is quite bad), that left only Nom and his friend Crow to manage it. And so they did.
After 1.5 years, Porkeria and Coweria finally signed the peace treaty, to Depsoria's relief, and after 2 years, the Slivakia vs Kippliava war finally ended with a Slivakian defeat, so all returned to normal for CTF for the next 427 398 746 years, because then something horrible happened...
A mysterious man named The Editor snuck into the CTF HQ and stole all the files, equipment and pretty much everything overnight. How he did that? I honestly don't have a clue. With the arenas not functional, CTF gone into an even darker age for 5 years. But after 5 years, a brave man that goes by the name of Chap Brawlion stole back the CTF stuff and replaced the operating system Just A Rather Very Intelligent System with his operating system: Brawl.com.
But The Editor didn't give up that easily, as he sent his army of high-tech robots to retrieve the things he stole. And thus begun The Last Great CTF War. The Editor was nearly winning until 2 of the greatest armies in Vanalva, The Vonavarian and the Depsorian armies, joined in the war on CTF's side. And tbh, no one stands a chance against a army of people that an regenerate faster than Deadpool, have Iron-man battle armor, have absorption belts, time machine warships that can go as fast as the inter-dimensional speed limit and have capability for up to inter-reality travel. So The Editor was defeated and CTF gone back to normal.

So yeah, that's pretty much the main stuff in my big book of CTF History. Oh, here's the only important part that I forgot to mention: Here's the final lines of the story before The Editor is defeated: His Majesty, The King of Depsoria, a Leafion duke and a white slime surround The Editor's base with Time And Relative Dimensions In Space and the King of Depsoria says "GERONIMOOOO!!!", then the white slime says "ALLONS'Y!", and then the Leafion says "Oh you and you're catchphrases. CTF Stands!", and as he says that, the people pull a lever and defeat The Editor. Then, at the end of the story, it cuts to The King of Depsoria sitting down in a gallery, 5000 years in the future, looking at the painting of the battle, and says "Hmmmm... I think I might retire and become a curator someday." And then a mysterious man by the name of Deplicasus the IV says "One day you will. Do you know the name of this painting?", then the King of Depsoria says "It has 2 names. No More or CTF Falls.", then Deplicasus IV says: "No. It only has 1 name. Think about it. CTF Falls No More.", then the King of Depsoria says: "Wait, CTF is really still a thing?! It's still out there?! Well looks like I have something to do with my life! CTF, here I come!". And then the book ends.

Nah I'm only King Deplicasus III of The United Nation Of Jaydan And Depsoria. I know all these stuff cuz I've been there in my life and revisited the time about 6 times over the course of Deplicasus I, Deplicasus II, twice as Deplicasus III, once as Deplicasus V and once as Deplicasus VI. And don't even ask why I am all the Deplicasi. I just am, but the real reason is buried away in the Great Depsor Archive, and the reason happened like 6 billion years ago, so by now it's only obvious that I've forgotten, and it would take an entire new thread to even scratch the surface of the History of a 10 billion year old country, so no, I'm not gonna tell you .
