    ok... also there will be 4 facs as rivals. so there will only be 3 enemies or allies.. and we wont make you mine ores

    if your a warrior or archer or builder you can mine (but only iron and coal)

    for the rest you need to be a miner

    I would prefer to be a builder, but I might wanna be a hunter/warrior. We'll just see what job pays good. Lol.

    Again, your factions have very strict rules that will be impossible to regulate.

    Every faction should be allowed to operate independently and use their own methods. Having people restricted to 'miner, archer, warrior, builder' makes each player miss out on a fourth of the fun that comes from building a faction from the ground up.

    And again, strict faction leaders will not be fun for anyone except maybe the leader. Instead, just have each faction as a loose democracy, where the players follow one player of their choosing, or maybe don't follow any players at all and instead operate as a true democracy.

    Otherwise you're going to have a dictatorship with maybe 3 dedicated players a side. Nobody likes being bossed around.

    New ip

    and ctf teams get their own fac (let others that arent in a team join to!) (its unfair if they dont get a fac cuz of that)
