'Ay lads. Me and @hallopiu (rip in forum ban for too many memes) are back with another one of these events that can be described as organized chaos. Last time was incredibly fun. Without further ado, let's begin this.

So, what is UHC?
UHC, Also known as Ultra hardcore, is a rather popular gamemode from YouTube.
Teams of 4 (yes, you read it right) spawn in a big arena, where they have to fight, get resources, and survive. There's a twist though; regeneration from food is disabled. The only way of regenerating lost health is by either potions or golden apples. Once you die, you are out, and you will be put to Spectator mode.
Beware! The biggest enemy of all players is the border. It will be slowly shrinking. Last time, it was more about running from the border than actually UHC. We have solutions for this, but the border will still shrink.

If you kill a player, you will get his head. If you get 8 golden ingots to cover around the player head, you get a golden apple as well! This also works for Wither heads, but that might be too risky. Since most of us are savages, we'll do it anyway.

Last time, it was team Dig Bicks that won it. Who will be the winner this time? We'll find out soon!

It is highly recommended that a team has some subs in case of emergency. You can sub in at any time, however the newly subbed-in player will be given the same health level as the subbed-out player.

Saturday, 19th of December at 2PM EST/7PM GMT.
Last time, the UHC took overall 3 hours. If you sign up, please be prepared to stay the whole time. Subbing in is a real pain to do.

Spoiler: Special crafting recipies and rules

These are special things you can craft in-game!

(you get 1 golden apple from a player head, and 2 golden apples from a wither head.)

Rules:
-First of all, use common sense. Do not hack/try to glitch through the world border.
-Once you die, please do not use your spectator mode to help your team. I have a way of checking this, don't try it.
-Notch Apples are disabled.
-If you find any kind of glitch/bug, do not, I repeat do not try to abuse it. Instead, report it to me or @hallopiu, we will be moderating this.
-Remember, don't try to cross the border. You will take damage.
-If the game gets too boring (at the end usually), a deathmatch will be set up.
-Friendly fire is NOT enabled.
-Remember, keep on moving, don't stay at one place for too long.
-We are doing this to have fun. No flame in the chat. If this happens, your team will get punished.

Remember, if you break any of these rules, you will be punished, with a possibility of getting your WHOLE TEAM disqualified. And we don't want that.

• Lag improvements - the lag at the start of the game was caused by the server trying to load 3500 blocks at once. The world is going to be pre-loaded, so hopefully, no more lag. Double yay!
• Nether is enabled! Triple yay!

• /mute and /gmute are a thing now!

Dear Forum mods! Last time truly proved that this event was completely entitled to the CTF community. It still is meant for the CTF community. This thread doesn't do any harm at all, so please, do not move this thread.

Nothing too special, except that the spectators are not allowed to break boats, because sadly, this is possible. You will get a compass that works as a player-teleporter. Me and hallopiu will say in chat in case we see some action going on, so you know who to teleport to.
You can log in and log off anytime as a spectator.
