And no, it's not taking away any rights. There would still be US servers but EU servers at the same time

 

Pretty sure this is a thing for everone everywhere

Yeah, ctf is kinda unplayable because of the lag for me.

 

I'm not EU but I'm sure all the EU people would appreciate having EU servers so they can get under 500 ms.

Also, I do believe there are enough people from EU that play CTF; if there weren't very many EU players it would make sense not to have an EU server because hardly anybody would play on it. However, if there was just 1 or 2 EU servers, not 5, they'd most likely be thriving with players on and people would be less likely to quit due to the lag.

Another thing I have to point out (This doesn't apply to me but I'm going to say it anyway), some people use laptops and connect over WiFi to play Minecraft. Now I understand that this is the wrong thing to do if you want a good connection, so please put into consideration that many people will also be getting 300+ ms and that if 1 or 2 CTF servers were hosted in EU, they could be getting a just-playable 115.

Those people with a terrible connection either quit or resort to playing archer which is...great. More instakills!! Yay! Or they but engineer and plonk it near your spawn with a few random medics supporting them and really annoying your team. This is what ruins the game. This is why people quit. This is why servers die...

I kind of doubt EU servers are going to happen. I get pretty bad ping too, but I don't see it to be likely. ^^

 

i tHink we neEd more US servers b/c euROPES don"t need more servers b/c our Trusted Founding Fathers said thAt euROPEs rnt allowed in our US with an Mornoe Doctranny
