    Ok, so I got a idea.

    yea so that's the idea simple and now to the bug.
    I see everyone on my team. For example, I'm on team blue, I see the opposing team as team blue too. (as their nametag)

    The bug is a glitch when the player logs on and the nametag gets it wrong, you just need to ask the player kindly to relog and it should resolve.
