Just saying, if this happens all the time, do something about your ideas instead of saying it's hate ^,^

You learn through experience for the most part. One should have a decent grasp of these thing if you want to make a decent class suggestion:

• Understand the current metagame and balance issues
• Understand roles
• Identify roles that need to be fulfilled/expanded on
• Evaluate the power curve and identify where your class fits in it
• Understand the pacing of the game, the longest cooldown as of now is 20 seconds and shouldnt really ever be exceeded by anything
• Develop proper reasoning skill, you have to be able to defend why an ability fits with the theme and gameplay aspects of the class
• Take criticism that's constructive and ignore those who don't even try to help.

Classes take months just to be reworked, so a strong class idea could take even longer.

 

ngl just play CTF a bit more, if people see you ingame and see you have a decent understanding of the game.. maybe theyll listen to you more

Don't take the mi=y thing too seriously, it was just a dumb joke.

Actually that's another thing. Mentioning hate itself or getting defensive is usually counter-productive for not getting hate. People who say that they're getting criticism or hate are usually targets for more of it. Even if you mean good intentions (you want to learn how the meta of this community works), it's best to just observe how we talk, how we play, and how we react, rather than make a thread, which just invites more people to make fun of you. Just play the game and browse the forums and you'll naturally get the hang of it.
