Okay enough is enough.

I find it more annoying that they think us Minor Staff are responsible for updates etc.

 

It's kind of funny when players that get kicked or muted for something they did or said say that this server has the worst mods ever. The all the good people say the mods are great

You can't please everyone, but you'd think the majority would be pleased, considering a lot of the ideas were in the ideas section of the forums posted by the CTFers themselves.

Idk bout everyone else but I'm pretty pleased :I After @NomNuggetNom tweaked chemist again for the high value low quantity pots, I really don't find much wrong with the update. I feel like it's mainly the people who main the affected classes that are complaining. They do not see the balancing aspect of it, only the fact that the class they play is now slightly weaker.

For more all around players such as meself who tend to play all the classes, I think I can better see how this benefits everything :L I play enough of soldier and pyro to see that they really aren't useless, but still bring more balance to this beloved gamemode. Chemist is fine with the reduced health pots and potspam limits. Mage is. . . well. Mage is still mage, but hopefully that will come later (hint hint wink wink nudge nudge ;P )

It's basically the people who main the classes that are whining :I

 

All this complaining yet CTF is still a popular server game. It's nice to know that there are people who appreciate the work coders do. There are more then just CTF and they can't do everything at once.

I agree. People want to win so they selfishly want their class to be more op then others. They don't look to see how it effects the perspective of other players.

 

Agreed. I also have problems with the update but I'm just glad that CTF got an update in the first place.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing more updates in the future, especially for Necro, Archer, Dwarf, and Assassin

 

Well I don't think it was that hard to find something after everything was buggy and laggy

 

I've just stopped thinking that CTF as a mob is thankful in general.

Maybe individually we're all cool people but once you start dealing with matters of community importance people go apesh*t.

I've also wondered what keeps Nom coding and I have determined that it is likely a complete disregard for stupid.

 

Getting used to it. Each change needs time to adapt to and see if it really doesn't work out in gameplay. When something is nerfed, of course it's not as powerful or effective as before.

I liked the update, don't get me wrong. Just I found chemist seriously UP and Pyro very complicated. But otherwise thank you staff and mods for listening to our ideas and cutting it into some good work c:

 

As any good premium class should be imo. Not that all premium classes should be difficult to learn the functions of, but that they should have a high skill cap and plenty of techniques and strategies to master. Don't confuse this with versatility, however.

 

It's confusing because you don't even need to use the fire stuff.

 

Eh, the frenzy mode is a little weird, but I think people can adjust (not immediately). Anyway it seems like you're mostly meant to charge that ability while fighting medics; besides the decrease in overall power, pyro hasn't really changed in its methods.
