    I hope a medic healing rework/tweak is up there too \o/
    In a match immediately when an enemy flag carrier steals the flag and gets out, you have to ask... "Did s/he get a medic?" Once a soldier gets a medic, its basically game over for the next 10 minutes until you get an mlg snipe or 360 no-scope arial frenzy 2-shot pyro kill. Maybe increase the time for actually giving back all hotbar items, or have the flag carrier and the medic stand still for a specific amount of time to recov hotbar items individually, or better yet....to change the game even more and make it even more interactive, fun, and team-based (!!!) by making medic only able to regen hearts so that the flag carrier will have to pass off the flag to another player. (of course a medic buff may also accompany this and ninja recovs will have to be nerfed but I for one would really look forward to this anti-stalemate play style)

    What I'd want is a combat log kind of thing. If they've been in combat in the past 10 seconds, they can't be healed.

    Maybe that's because people who main a class generally have a better understanding of its role in the game and how affecting that role will affect the game overall????/?!?!?!

    Welp, I'm happy.Speaking as someone who's played this game forever (and too lazy to make a brawl account till now) I'm happy for change. Cannot wait for my main necro to get a rework too :grinning:

    They're also the ones who'd most likely want to keep it the most OP. Tis a good way to sugarcoat not wanting to make it balanced :I Nah, but Pyro was a rework asked by so many people wanting to balance it out so they actually had a chance of surviving it. As long as they balance out all the other classes with it, then I'll be fine with it. I'm one of those people who thought the current CTF required instakill, but with all the other reworks I think it's good.

    Again, pyro is far from useless and is still insanely good at defending (w/o the lag). If people stopped whining and actually played it a good amount (when there isn't lag), they might see that :L Cmon bruh. 3 hit kill while they're on fire, 2 hits in frenzy mode? That's not even remotely useless. But it also gives a better chance for other classes to survive it, which it needed. Obviously it's not going to be as OP as it was, but I'd say that's a step in the right direction. It's also obvious that you will hate it more seeing as you main it. Chances are, mapmakers will change the maps in order to better suit these kinds of defenses.

    k so chemist health potions:
    Health II Potions gives 4 hearts with a direct hit, which chemists rarely get in combat (except for apparently @multack)

    If you throw a Health II potion straight down, you get 3.5 hearts. Less than a steak. If they throw it slightly to the side which most chemists do in combat, they'll get 2-3 hearts.

    So basically, I would say either have the health pots not require mana, or change it back to Health III and give chemists like 5-6 potions instead of 10. Idk about the regen pots tbh, those are kinda useless atm.

    Welp, can't say I think thats the best way to handle it, but because how big this thing is and how many changes are almost bound to happen in the very near future I won't be another headache for you to deal with.

    I think many people dont seem to realize that this isnt the only wave of reworks to happen. Im pretty sure the process is going to be lengthy but in the end it's going to result in a total CTF rebalance in which some major changes will occur but will mostly consist of minor tweaks to end up with a resonable balance.

    Medic gaining power, Ninja briefly being insane, and Mage only receiving a range nerf is a result of them not being the subject of focus. It was safe to assume medic would become a powerhouse in theory but the best way to analyze change is to not tamper outside of the variables that you wish to change.

    I don't play Pyro but many of the pyro players enjoyed insta killing, to guard the flag.
    It took out the Pyro's best move! Soldiers MAIN move is to wall climb, but now I die instantly when trying to get the flag from the opposite team.
    It was our way to escape, although it was hard in enclosed areas.
    Chemists shouldn't be able to spam as many pots, I admit. (I don't like them XD ) But it's going a tad too far...
    and....
    NO CHANGE FOR ASSASSIN AND NINJA!? Assassin really needs steak.
    They can run fast twice and only instakill when nobody is blocking... then THEY get instakilled if the opposite team IS blocking. So they only really have a 1 1/2 benefit (I'm making no sense, sorry) They should have steaks to heal... even if they only have one or two. Maybe there can be 1 set of the lobbies with the updates and a tinkered mode, and another with the original.... that was a terrible suggestion, I'm sorry.
    Has Mage been updated? They really give lag and spam so many spells..... maybe there should be a limit of 10 spells, their XP rises a bit again for maybe, 5 seconds? Then the process starts again.
    Thank you, despite this really annoying update. Perhaps have a voting page or a poll if you don't have one already. You can have players suggest updates, select the top....10? to be put on a voting page and allow the players to vote from the best suggestions.... maybe?

    edit: since im here, i guess ill voice my only concern, it deals with pyros in matches, whenever thats implemented. but basically pyro can be assassinated before it charges up 4 hits and (i assume) it loses its charge when it respawns, therefor the pyro cant really have that frenzy it needs. everything else xp related has been time based, y not make pyros time based, ofc im thinking ahead and this is hypothetical and we dont know how itl play in matches but, thats the scenario i thought of.

    but rly curious, y is it hit based not time based?
