About Us:

It all began with 2 friends - an offensive soldier named snowtucs and a defensive pyro named Starchang. They were both on the CTF team Search & Destroy, but quickly grew annoyed and tired of it. But then one day while talking, they had an idea: to form a new CTF team of their own, one made for fun and being with friends. Soon, they were gathering more followers, people with the same ideals. And in less than a month, 10 members had accumulated, all under one awesome name. And the Flying Walruses were born.

Today, we are a team that plays on any of the CTF servers. We are a group of friends - and now, a family - that plays together, talks about CTF (and life in general) together, and just generally has fun. We don't like to get caught up in competition - we do our best and try to win, but we are in it for the joy of playing coordinated matches with friends. And we are always happy to have new members in our family. That's just the Walrus way!

Member System:

Leader: Can accept members to the team, kick inactive or rude members, manage the team and thread, recruit new members, settle disputes, and leads team in games.

Co-Leader: This rank goes to a trusted senior member who votes in team decisions such as new members or kicking rude/mean players.

Senior Member: The members who have been with us since the beginning. They have played with the team many times and are very active. They are trusted and help make decisions about the team such as members joining and getting kicked.

Member: A player who has joined the team and has played well. Has some degree of say in team decisions.

Trial Member: A new member who has not played much with the rest of the team. These members are still under observation by the leaders to determine their strengths and weaknesses.

SUPREME WALRUS: Lord of everything in the universe. Has the final say in any matter. No person has ever achieved such greatness.

Trial merc: Lowest rank possibly attainable. Literally impossible to get... unless of course your name is QuarremDaNubcake.

NOTE: We are currently searching for Pyros. If you are not a player that mainly plays Pyro, you have a decent chance of being denied. However, apply anyway regardless of what you play! Don't be scared!
