    Hi!

    For those of you who don't know, I'm an Assassin main and I really like the current version - but even I can acknowledge that way too many people complain about it. So, in an effort to make it fun for everyone, I've created what you see above. No more instakills, it's still really fun to play (arguably more so with the parkour) and the focus has moved more towards defense and recovery. I never thought that random killing was a problem with the current Assassin but V2 got a nerf in that respect anyway. Here's a handy little chart to show how it's changed:

    Also, if it's not immediately obvious, the Assassin has black leather boots and cap, and its hotbar contains an Iron Sword, 2 Steak and a Speed Boost. Let me know what you think.

    So u could change it to op knockback but it doesn't take away Something from assassin. Idk confusing.

    I definitely like the parkout across the map idea, i was always wondering why the current assassin class didn't have those abilities +1

    tbh the only part of this rework I like is how assassin doesn't take fall damage on certain blocks.

    Wow, an Assassins creed reference? We already have some from Team Fortress! What next? Minecraft?

    So you trade instant kills for:
    1. A cap in addition to boots (only one or two more armor points)
    2. Increased mobility (actually not arguing about that one, it's a pretty good idea)
    3. Steak
    4. Zero-to-OP knockback
    5. 150% the regular sword damage while in a crowd of people who will block your hits entirely (like the thing that causes me to rage as pyro).
    I honestly don't see where the trade-off is. It seems pretty useless in pvp without a temporary high-damage ability. +1 on the other ideas (except for level 2 knockback, should only go to 1 imo), -1.5 on the severe nerf. -0.5. :/

    I think this is meant to be a PVP kit with special abilities. I do think a fishing rod should be added to this kit since 1.9 will make it so that you can reel people in.

    If you do this, minus the 150% damage, and add true damage that goes like this 1, 2, 2, 3, 2, I'd be happy. It would have a timer obviously, maybe less time to get the damage the more hits you get in.

    A PvP class with special abilities is what all classes except heavy are. It depends on the power and role of those abilities relative to the other classes to make a good class.
