    Sup Brawlers,

Everyone needs a mentor to be successful.

Mentors are people that you watch, partner with, and they help you become better players.

I had a number of people I learned from as I played. Everyone has different styles, tactics, and strategies.

People who helped me become a better player. In no particular order.

    1. @phillip0602- great ability to enter a room & kill everyone in it.
    2. @fillpant - really distinguished himself in how he ran Java, I thought it was a very well run clan.
    3. @Lekosa1 - We had Epic battles before we joined forces. I learned a lot while trying to kill him.
    4. @_Milann_ - A great player, we had some great battles as we played over the years. Our team ups were awesome. I learned a lot when MilanDoesDance danced with the Skully and trying to kill the dancer.
    5. @meltingangel - I still thinking Melting is one of the best players of all time (Joey who?) Melting was amazing.
    6. @GreatBritain_ - Difficult to kill and a great well rounded player
    7. @Queen_Shine - Great with the Skully and very sneaky at times, she was fantastic when coordinating attacks with @MafiaFerret.
    9. @Lightwielder (aka JKZOOM) - His sniping guides were legendary
    10. @Serine1002 - No one armors up and goes "all Serine" like the legend.
    11. @Cherrybae , @__Astro_ , @sjuka_legogubbar , @Pyrotheum , @PoixMine @Vincz and many others taught me to be humble and a good sport WHILE NUKING LIKE A BOSS. I rarely see them complain (even when I tease Sjuka).
    12. I learned how to master the Iso from all my battles with @Striker_Sly , it changed how I played the game.

Who are the people you learned from to become a better player?

I taught myself. However, I did learn that buying armor, selecting mini gun, and sitting in a doorway were all good strategies from Serine.

I teach myself. I have never learned anything from anyone.

There was only one strange lesson, which reads:
'Never kill Serine1002 when he is camping with Crossbow, iron armour, spamming at enemy spawn, in a server where the average level is 20, trying to nuke on the last map he'd never nuked on to get a nuke on every map.'
Because he will end up saying:
    Note: He was at 20ks

I don't even know if PoixMine is even in DUSK but thanks!
As for my mentors... not really sure. I started playing war about a year or so ago (don't really know, random guess) and sort of self taught myself.

Also @_Featherpaw_, you don't suck. It just takes some time and practice to get good. You assumed you sucked before you even got to level 30. I had a kdr lower than 1 when I was level 30 and look at me now.

Mine was probably @Nani3108, he was one of my first good friends on war, and really taught me a lot about the game.

I taught myself through level 60. Then I learned tactics from lots of old friends. Then came me inventing the "pulling a serine" quote. I wonder if that's still a thing

@joeymast99's and that Llama guy's (don't remember the name) mc-war vids. They didn't greatly change me but they're the only ones I can think of. I'v always been a little shy about asking and learning from others so I basicly did everything myself.
