Honestly do any of us care that you think homosexuality is unnatural @BrandinoB Saying that we're unnatural is an insult. At the end of the day this squad is for people to come together and make friends. I personally would appreciate it if everyone could put politics aside and leave us alone? This doesn't effect you so don't go around calling us unatural. We don't need your comment. Also when you say we are splitting up the community. I totally reject that, this squad is a safe area for LGBT people to come together.

 

@Jellyt0ts Brandino has obviously explained his point. He has expressed an opinion and reasoned it well in a kind manner. Now, it's arguable that my or his posts were necessary here because we're not trying to become part of this community but it's also arguable to make a deal out of that like you are doing.
And for once, to stop this safe place bull, no one has ever been physically abused through his router, okay? I have seen 0 offensive comments towards Ell-Gee-Bee-Tee-Kew-Ai-Ay people in the global CTF chat or any of the team chats im merc for, either.

Sentences like "we dont need your comment" kind of, hm, do create a certain tension at the end of the day, hm? And I wonder why that comment was given in the first place. Oh, right, because there's a thread on gender on a minecraft forum

 

The thread at hand doesn't pertain to the discussion about Gender Identity nor the implications given through it, it is yet another Squad thread to promote people with a similarity: They are apart of the LGBT+ Community. The thread has been misconstrued into a topic of debate by those against bringing the topic to the forums.

I agree Jelly was rather late and impulsive on Brandino's honest opinion, so I'd like to take his place and challenge his opinion:

Long story short, homosexual activity is very apparent in "Nature". Looking it up on Google easily gives some examples:

But if we want to go in-depth, "Natural" is a horrible argument for anything.
What is defined as natural is so vague that it cannot be used properly in argument, as all action is brought about through usage of Nature. We are made of natural biomass, and everything we created is synthesized from nature. A species that is self aware of oneself's existence is far above the idea that they should keep to it's "natural" course in the advancement of civilization.

When discussing what is Natural, we really mean the idea of Natural Law: What any given thing is supposed to do. This doesn't apply to human's, as we have no definitive purpose and the idea that we exist purely to copulate undermines the centuries of progression we have achieved that doesn't regard copulation.

You are correct, who cares about it being unnatural? "Unnatural" is but another way to say Change, and without change human evolution would not have even approached the level of intelligence required to contribute to an absurd argument over what gender is meant to be. I can continue about how Gender is a social construct, and that what we see today is the pushback of years of rigid gender ideals that are finally being challenged by those who believe that gender shouldn't be associated with what parts you are given, but that would be far from the original point of this thread.

Tbh I'm sick of getting alerts and just seeing it's more pointless arguments. Shut the **** up imo and let these people live their life. To state just one of the stupid reoccurring things; "exclusiveness". F*cking drop it because it's bull****. Did anyone complain about arrow squad or british squad and have massive, long debates on their thread? This is not a cult ffs. You've had your chance to say your opinion you don't need to keep going. Don't you people have something better to do with your time than to passively (or aggressively) insult the very core of who someone is??
I think it would be a good idea if anything that wasn't application related or something positive could be removed from now on because maturity or intelligence apparently isn't a thing. \_o_/ and I'll personally report any lil **** who wants to keep ranting continuously on this thread.
