    If this is actually a recruiting CTF Team, then you need to change the [Official] next to your name to [Recruiting]. Since you do not have 10 members, and since you have not been approved by a CTF Ref/Mod (which I am assuming has not happened yet) you need to put [Recruiting] as your status, since [Official] Teams are only teams that have 10+ members, and have been approved by the CTF Refs/Mods. Once you have 10+ members and have been approved by a CTF Ref/Mod, you can change the [Recruiting] to [Pending], and when we go into the newest month after your approval (and if you still fulfill all requirements) you will be recognized as an Official CTF Team and will be able to play in Official matches and move your post into the Official Teams section.
