    Why does it take longer to register to go into invis than to get out from it?

    It is to "prevent" 414. But it's still possible, just takes a little more skill.

    There is in an intended delay on it to prevent 414 and, well, 414 doesn't exist anymore so it should be removed.

    Tbh I don't understand why it takes an extra second to go invis, since the "silly powder" nicely handles 414.

    I think its a fair nerf but I still hate it. I personally loved destroying people while 414ing lmao

    ... the way I understand your question, you're not asking about the 414 but about the delay caused by lag.
    I guess it just seems like less delay when going out of invis because people don't react instantly to your appearance, but already try to hit you when you attempt to go invis...

    Edit: To clear things up, I ment why does it take a second when holding the Redstone when the silly powder does the job? Getting out from it has no delay, but going into it does.

    The delay is a really old glitch that has existed since the class was created. I don't believe it was intentional but it felt appropriate enough to be left alone which is very much like how invulnerability to melee also started out as a glitch.

    I know the difference between lag and a bug. I honestly don't see why that comment was necessary.
