    THat's the point of ninja, to destroy pyro easily to give a temporary opportunity for offense to steal the flag and escape the flagroom and cap, but since you reworked pyro, it's much easier to destroy it with any class imo

    Lets all be honest here, ninjas one of the classes that needs a nerf immediately, along with dwarf, medic teaming, etc. I think ninja doesnt need a buff especially to its sword since most of the time ninjas can get 5 hits off before you can hit 2. Now, in a flag room with 5+ defenders theres more then 1 ninja most of the time and with a medic, pyro, and dwarf thats all you need sometimes. Ninjas sword is the best damage dealing melee attack in the game(i dont count dwarf cause thats not a class, its a monster), and is also one of the most mobile classes, assassin and chemist alongside it, maybe engineer with its teleport.

    Ninja destroys pyros just fine with sharpness 4, we dont need sharpness 5 or 6, especially since half of the team is mostly ninjas, we dont want a horde of sharpness 5-6 ninjas running around being a pain.

    fun fact boomdrone: mage does just as much damage as ninja. we dont want a horde of mages running around either, so let's nerf damage spell? :wink:

    Yes ofc ninja should be nerfed if you go solo capping, makes sense
    Nerfing pyro was the reason of everyone playing solo in a goddamn team game

    Fun fact plaut: its super easy to strafe mage, if you played as mage youd realize its harder to get kills then it is to get ninja kills, since all of mages moves are a straight shot and everything except damage spell has a big cooldown its very easy to get overwhelmed or killed by a ninja. and mages spell only does as much as ninja to you is because your ninja with no armor.

    Nah assassin is, a one shot by right click then left click. mage has to get consecutive hits.

    Just hold right button to win, assassin u need to time it anyways
    dwarf's the easiest class

    You gotta wait to become an op dwarf which takes 10 minutes unless you die.

    I'unno man, first time I played mage I got a 7 killstreak in 2 minutes.
    And the only reason I died was because I stopped to complain about how easy mage was.

    Are you stupid?! Ninja is going to win in every case!

    In all seriousness, I am, as you know, more of a Heavy/Medic/Soldier main and I can tell you that while Ninja may not deal too much damage by default, the crits are way stronger than on MCPVP. I'm not lying when I tell you that I once received 4 hearts of damage in one hit as a soldier carrying the flag, that is, without a helmet. Even worse, Medic flag carriers get two-shot from time to time.

    Well, I'm sorry but that's how it goes for me. Maybe it still doesn't work as it should, maybe I'm just doing things wrong or breaking the game, I can't change it...

    not sure if someone still gives a flying f*** about my opinion, but here it is anyways, lol.
    Everyone who knows me should know, that ninja has always been my passion.

    I think ninja has become a sandbag with too much mobility.
    My major issue with ninjas current state is obviously his lack of burst damage combined with his lack of options.
    It kinda depends on which classes ninja is against, but for the most of the cast the success in 1v1's, recovery, capping and all that good shiz isn't in ninjas hands anymore. Ninja doesn't win because he's good, he wins because his opponent made a mistake. Like everytime i go in a 1v1 against a class with steak i pray to the ctf gods "pls let his steak lag".

    Don't get me wrong... i don't say Ninja should be able to rek everyone as long as he's good enough. But currently Ninja is in a state where u feel like u played the sh1t out of ninja, used it's items/abilities in the best way possible, but u still die cuz your opponent sneezed irl and hit u accidently, if u get what i mean.

    So what to do?

    With old 414 it felt the other way around. When fighting a ninja u just clicked somewhere around u hoping to hit the ninja during the splitsecond u could see him. So no. Don't bring old 414 back.

    "Bring back pearls limited to 10". Whoever says this.. is it because u want instacapping back? Or do u just hate it when u throw the pearl into the void and have to wait ages till it comes back? Or both?
    Instacapping... I say don't bring it back, even though i gotta admit that i kinda miss it. No matter how fun it is though, i personally believe it hurts the game too much.
    And on the infinite pearl system in general... while it's true that failed throws get punished rly hard, it is exactly this fact that i like the most about it xD Also.. the longer i played ninja, the longer i survived with just 1 life. Sometimes I ran out of pearls which was just hella annoying cuz teleporting is one of ninja essentials.

    Maybe ninjas should take a look on all the options they have in combat...
    "K so there's my sword that tickles the soldiers a bit... and using it denies my redstone for a short time. 414 only works if i hit my enemy from behind pushing him away from me and eventually knock him away with an egg while i retreat. This is bascially 414 just slower amirite!?!?!? O but what do i do if they're actually 2 and 1 of them hit's me while I'm attempting to retreat? Well sh1t i think i rly gotta go all in on one of them, cuz when i kill someone my silly dust disappears instantly and i can vanish quickly!! But w8... they nerfed the sword.. so killing someone takes even more time . Now that i think about it.. can I even take on flag defenses taking them out one by one? I guess not. But hey there's still my eggs rite!? The splitsecond of blindness that they get if it hits them directly will totally make up for the sword!! Actually it doesn't. Kk I guess I'm gonna go back trying to suicidecap."

    K now lets be honest. Current Ninja without chemist buffs is a joke... Not sure if reverting the swords sharpness would be the best way to go but it'd be better than what we currently have. Someone mentioned (i think it was @Sibs ?) the idea of some sort of additional debuff to the eggs, that lower enemies defense for a short time (i guess just if the eggs hits the player directly?), enabling better burst in combination with good use of eggs. I actually rly like this.

    I'm still a friend of health drain. With every hit ninja deals to someone, it gains 0,5 hearts back. This idea was about to be added, but hclewk wouldn't let us... so we got improved doubled crouch healing speed (only if flag isn't hold).
    Some may say this would make ninja too "tanky", but i say it would reward good combos and adds a bit more sustain to ninja in combat. Therefore crouch heal could be reverted to it's original speed.

    And in order to get some more h8 from u guys. The pearls. Even though i'm rly unsure wether this is a good idea or naw, but maybe give "limiting their max range/travel time" at least a TRY. As i said before "ninja has become a sandbag with too much mobility." These pearls would auto teleport u after they traveled a certain distance, even in midair. They should probably do even less damage to you than they currently do... and at will, you can activate their teleportation earlier by simply rightclicking the pearl-placeholder. I think it's obvious what this change would nerf/make impossible to do... but it would also add new possibilities and mechanics. If u don't completly dislike the idea, think about it for a minute or 2 and then u'll see. ^-^
