What is your favorite thing about CTF? Cosmic here to share some of my own favorite, and personal, things about the experience of CTF! My first favorite is that there are many people on it to interact, support, and help. Being an archer is my second favorite too, not just because of the kills that I get, this isn't popularity!
I like Archery because it is fulfilling my experience and of course I do not want to brag at all, since this is my personal experience of CTF. My other favorite about CTF is that it has a very good concept, and simple rules on how to balance out the people. I hope that your experience really gives an impact on you, and makes you a better person. Popularity is just a dumb thing, and I will never post any "popularity challenges" I will only post mostly favorite things, and experience.

The friends I made here kept me around long after CTF kept me interested.

In fact, if it weren't for one person in particular here, I'd be in a much worse place in my life.

However, the pointless debating and arguing about ultimately meaningless class balance on some backwater server keeps me intrigued too.

Also that dark blue font is eye cancer to users of the dark theme.

The meaningless arguments that occur every few minutes in chat, quite amusing.

My favorite thing about CTF is the community.

Sure, we can't get along longer than lionafp can stay unmuted, we fight with each other over what block the flag should be, and we seem to have this perpetual love/hate relationship with updates, but in the end, the community is what makes CTF CTF. Any coder can code CTF, but it's the people who play it that make it a game.

When I resigned from my staff position roughly six months ago, I did so because I no longer had the time to devote to being the staffer Brawl deserved and because I was losing interest in Minecraft. However, here I am, six months later, unable to shake off the iron grip of the CTF community. It's easy to leave a game, but it's infinitely more difficult to leave the relationships formed after countless hours of defending, recovering, and capturing a flag.

agreed that the community is the blood line of ctf. Theres some good eggs, some bad eggs(that are trying to become good eggs *cough* me *cough*), etc. I enjoy the game, 90% of the time i find something enjoyable to do

once a ctfer always a ctfer.

My favourite part of CTF is the wool!... said no one ever.

My favourite part of CTF is the free entertainment we have (or had in the past bcuz nearly all our free entertainment is muted/has quit now) from our excellent trolls such as Mathiaslindberg, Lionafp and Cobble_Fun!

My most favourite part of CTF is the spam that goes on in the AS, MJT and H2YL chats!

I enjoy games that are team focused, but can be influenced by individual skill, ctf fits that pretty well.

I also enjoy hanging out with a good chunk of the community.
