    Hello peeps, this is another try of a new class called scout, which has been flying around here cautiously. Knowing that it may not happen, it is still fun to give concept ideas! Here it is:

    Armor:
    Chainmail Helmet
    Leather Tunic: Dyed light brown-ish
    Leather Pants: Dyed same as above
    Chainmail Boots: Enchanted with Depth Strider II (or so)

    Reason I chose this armor is because we already have enough low and high armor, so why not give it between, plus Depth Strider can have its advantages for when capping the flag. This gives it 32% damage reduction, allowing it to at least survive a few hits.

    Weapon:
    Stone Sword - Scout's Sword
    Enchantment: Sharpness II
    The basic tool of survival, deals 4.5 hearts of damage to 6.5, which is a lot, but it makes up for the armor. Optional ability: disarm a enemy when the enemy hits you while you are blocking??

    Steak:
    5x
    Fair amount unless the sword is too much.

    Abilities:
    Fishing Rod - Grapple
    Right-click the fishing rod to launch the grapple, then you are slowly pulled towards wherever it lands. Shift to be pulled there faster. Has a cooldown of 3 seconds after it has been used once, If grappled an enemy, then right-click again for the enemy to be pulled towards you by a few blocks, this has a cooldown of 7 seconds.

    Clay - Tenacious (Optional)
    Right-click to be effected with Absorption I and haste IV for 30 seconds. For 12 seconds; every time you hit an enemy, the will have Wither III for 1 second, dealing at least 1 heart of true damage. (Cooldown: 9 seconds after ability is over) (Removes a debuffs when used)
    Passive Abilities:
    - Speed I

    Is this too complicated? I tried my best to make it reasonable. Please let me know if this is OP or UP and explain.

    So, I like the grapple idea, but I think it could use a higher cooldown. The fisherman like idea makes it too easy to pull flag carriers into the void imo. As far as the clay goes, absorption 1 is actually pretty insignificant in terms of CTF, and haste doesn't actually effect PVP.

    Haste does actually effect pvp in 1.9

    Thanks for the feedback! What could be a fair cooldown then, and for which cooldown (the grapple for players or the mobility)? The haste on the other hand is mainly for destroying blocks like the engineer's turret and necros spawner.

    Brawl has the option to set the default hit speed to what it is currently though.

    I think a cooldown of 10 seconds would be fair, just to prevent this class being able to constantly stick to someone. The haste for structures is actually a pretty nice idea.
