Class or kit?

Because people are sometimes not super smart and they can't stand that people use the word kit.

 

Because brawl nubs continue to make class ideas even though we have enough classes already and Mcpvp peeps referred to them as classes and brawl nubs state them as kits b/c kit pvp is b4D

It's mostly just an inside joke at this point, but back on Mcpvp there was a semi-serious debate on whether they are Classes or kits. In the end most people considered them classes and were mildly defensive when anyone else described them otherwise.

 

I like "loadouts" but I have to keep it a secret lest I get beat up by a mob.

 

We all know the answer to this thread. Class is the superior option. Lock pls.

 

people used to be offended by kits on MCPVP because HG used kits and CTFers disliked HGers. while CTF's loadouts were called classes by the game (so "kit" was technically incorrect), the reason at first for the dislike for "kit" was CTFers' general dislike for HG. over time it became a meme like everything else these days

 

I think of a class as something you have to learn and play and know the ins and outs of the class

I think a kit is something you can just switch up
Most ctf playershave a class that they know the ins and outs but what do i know

Kits are used in HG and KitPvP. HG and KitPvP are broken and were full of randees (bcuz CTF wasn't back in the day). We use classes so we don't have to call our loadouts something that is related to 2 gamemodes that are full of randees.
