    I've decided to give ctf another go and really get into it again! Don't hate on my Archer please. I also play medic so :stuck_out_tongue:

    When I first tried brawl I hated it because I had no idea what I was doing. Then when I gave it another chance I found party and fell in love! <3 I didn't spend much time on ctf after that because I was so busy with mcparty. However, I want to fall back in love with ctf all over again!

    So question time. What do I need to know about to not suck badly when I jump into a game. Hahaha! I know necro is dead (no pun intended) engine is annoying as always, but not much more than that. Advice time guys!

    Welcome back to CTF!

    One way to mess with other archers - Go elf after headshotting them a few times. :3 ps: one day I will make u hs urself @LordCh4os

    Remember to check your six. Assassins love targeting Archers.

    Well they reworked pyro (kinda but not really) nerfed soldier so you can't spam wallclimb forever, and nerfed elf's wind element (?????) I think that's all the nerfs/reworks brawl have done.

    Pyro: Just avoid being hit as much as possible. Most pyros nowadays don't even bother with the bow and flint. just combo them and if they do enter frenzy, try to knock them away with your bow and run away till the frenzy wears off.

    Soldier: eh just headshot. not that big of a deal.

    Elf: Move whenever you shoot at an elf, they can headshot you with your own arrow.

    HS? Hahaha and good to be back! I need to get my kdr up on Archer. I've been slacking. And I need to get used to elf since that's a brawl thing, not mcpvp.

    So basically pyro was nerfed to the ground. Thank goodness cuz that was annoying stuff. Soldier is upsetting because I could cap really well with soldier. Other than that I guess not much has changed. /shrug

    Oooo teach me your tricks of the trade! You got some tough competition chaos! :happy:

    No I'm the only Randy around... Who're you?!??!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?

    Also, avoid mages unless you have a terrain advantage(i.e. sponge/height) and keep an eye on your surroundings. I would recommend checking surroundings after every kill or every few arrow shots.

    loads of people could do that. kdr is highly overrated. I just like to kill lots of stuff!

    my experience with archer is that if u want a lot of kills it is best to go offense but if you want to stay safe but not get as many kills go defense. I would probs play defense for a while to get good with a bow. once ur good with the bow u can move around to offense more and start playing more objectively instead of just random killing

    Hello my name is wintergreen3 and I main archer as well!!! @LordCh4os
    I just try to play objectively as Archer most of the time, killing the bigger offensive threats that other classes usually have trouble with (Medics, Chemists, anything really because it helps your team). Just... don't spawn camp, don't crouch in a corner and shoot across the map at people you can't even see, and if someone wants to team with you, just do it for crying out loud, not doing it will give you more pain than profit. Also remember to use your sword xD

    I'm very good with a bow so that's no worries there! ^-^ I like offensive and on a good day will go 20 and 2, so hopefully I can keep that rising.

    Yep! All the time! When it moved to brawl I didn't give it a shot so I left for a while. Now I'm making my return!

    I'm risabu, another archer, and all I do is hunt down other archers and target them over and over again whenever I actually play the game
