    I would suggest checking your ping by using the command /ping. If it's higher than 200 it might be difficult for you to get onto a server. Holding tab and seeing your connectivity may also give you an idea of how much you're lagging. If those are both fine, then try alternately connecting to the servers by going through the lobby (IP: Brawl.com) or by directly connecting to the server of your choice (IP: brawl.warz.com). Also, welcome to the forums! Enjoy your stay. The warz community is a lot nicer on here. :3

    Cheers :smile: I dont think its a connection issue, im able to play on every other server just fine. I have been going through the lobby every time as well :/ Anyway thanks for the help, I will keep trying.

    yeah it must be my connection, running on an average of 300 ms :frowning: Where abouts is the server based?

    I can connect just fine and I average about 250 ping, living in New Zealand. I see you live in Australia, which is why you get such bad ping, it doesn't really have much to do with how good your connection is. The server is based in southern Canada I believe, near the east coast.

    Also some other questions that may help me help you:

    Just to clarify, you can connect to Brawl, just not to WarZ?
    What happens exactly when you try to join a WarZ servers through the lobby?
    What happens exactly when you try to join a WarZ server using Direct Connect?
    Have you tried using the /play WarZ # command?

    When trying to join through the lobby, I get this message "No WarZ Servers Available" Im not sure why this occurs because when I go through the other portals it manages to work. I have tried directly connecting as well, however this just results in this message "You were kicked from the server: Outdated server!"

    Aha! Never fear, citizen, I have the answer. I assume you are playing on Minecraft 1.9? WarZ requires a lower version. I know 1.8.8 works, I'm not sure about other versions so it's best you use that. If you don't know how to downgrade, there's guides on the forums here I believe, or you could google it.
