Soldier Counter?

    Frenzy is easy to get, easy to use, and extremely easy to get a kill with, just like 1 second difference from instakill when it comes to killing people. Good soldier counter if its in a map that doesnt have a ton of water(aquafus *groan*)

    Nah, no one's mentioned it yet. But I'm gonna have to say -1 on the idea tbh. Soldier's wall climb really does what it's meant to do when the you have the flag; that's when every (objectively-playing) player in the game is focused on you, and also when it becomes a visible problem that you're able to get away from them so effectively. Nerfing soldier's flag-carrying but leaving the rest alone is a little pointless since it's not terribly difficult to cross the map via non-soldier routes.

    Also, as @Quarrelt (kind of) said, nerfing soldier's wall climb directly would make soldier unpredictably different, and we all know that unpredictable CTF changes never turn out well.

    Why not just have it so the mana doesn't regenerate unless the soldier is on the ground?

    That could work but could also not work. If we were to do that, then if anything allow to regenerate your mana by shifting mid air but half the speed of regenerating mana on the ground
