Idea A fun Necro Re-work

So right now necro sucks
here is how to make it better

Necro will have 1 spawner and when mobs deal damage to other players, it will heal the necro. 2 redstone torches will be given to direct where you want your mobs to guard/patrol. If there are any enemies nearby, the mobs will attack them. Hold the torche(s) to let the mobs follow you. Necro will also have 5 steaks and everything else about it's inventory will remain the same. Up to 10 mobs can spawn for the spawner. Lots of mobs in an area? Then the spawners will spawn less monsters until those mobs die or move away.

Kill tokens: for each player you or your mobs kill, you will get 1 kill token. You will need a certain number of kill tokens to get buffs and get more monsters unlocked. You lose half of your kill tokens if you die.

Mobs and tiers: You will get to have Zombies, Skeletons, Spiders, Witches, and Silverfish. The tiers you bought will still be there even after you die. These are the mobs you start with.

If you buy a Pigman egg, your zombies will be upgraded into pigman, and you can switch back to zombies.(8 kill tokens) Zombie Pigman are faster and deal more damage to players.

If you buy a Wither Skeleton egg, your skeletons have a 50% chance to spawn as a regular skeleton or a wither skeleton. You can change it to spawn just Wither Skeletons or regular skeletons.(5 kill tokens) Wither skeletons deal wither to players.

If you buy a cave spider egg, your regular spiders will be upgraded into cave spiders. you can switch back to regular spiders if you want.(3 kill tokens) Cave spiders deal poison damage to enemies

If you buy a Endermite egg, your silverfish will be upgraded into endermites (which will have more hp and can teleport 1-4 blocks to a player). You can switch back to silver fish if you want to. (2 kill tokens)

If you buy Witch egg General, (Lets name it General Witch) the witch will spawn a mix of all mobs, as long as you have bought that particular mob. (10 kill tokens). Maximum of 5 witches. The witches can spawn at most 4 mobs around them.

Remember, 1 type of mob for the spawner

Buffs: You will have Strength, Regen, Speed, and Resistance. You can by them with kill tokens and they will be in levels. (confused? example, level 1 for strength is strength 1. Level 1 for speed is speed 1. Level 2 for regen is regen 2.) These will apply to all mobs and will still be there even after you die. If you want your mobs to be strong, go all strength (if you want). If you want your mobs to be fast and annoying, go for speed. You know the rest.

Strength 1: 3 kill tokens
Strength 2: 6 kill tokens
Strength 3: 9 kill tokens

Speed 1: 2 kill tokens
Speed 2: 4 kill tokens
Speed 3: 7 kill tokens

Regen 1: 1 kill token
Regen 2: 4 kill tokens
Regen 3: 8 kill tokens

Resistance 1: 2 kill token
Resistance 2: 5 kill tokens
Resistance 3: 9 kill tokens.

Mob Battles: If there are mobs on a different team, then your monsters will attack them. This will lead to epic army (well, mobs, but you get the point) fights. The enemy mobs have to be in a certain close range for your mobs to attack them. May the best monsters win.

1 more thing: The spawner will have HP just like the turret of the engineer. It will have 20 HP. It loses 1 HP if an enemy mob hits the spawner, a player hits a spawner, and for every 2 mobs it spawns. To repair it, simply right click it with your pickaxe. This is to prevent a necro camping near blue spawn or wherever.

Ehhh.... I forgot to add a poll. Staff can you help me :c. Just put in if they think the idea is good or bad.

 

1. Probably just Golden Nuggets or Ghast Tears
2. I guess in their inventory. Something like a chest to open the shop. Then an inventory will open up with items to upgrade. (eg. feather for speed, spider eye for strength)
3. Well, I guess we have to test how hard a regen mob can be to beat. Only way we'll know for sure though is if it's in-game.

 

Elf is complex but interesting
I am sure necro can be complex but interesting too. If we keep it simple, like as it is right now, it won't go anywhere
