    Suggestion: Stay in a team rather than applying for multiple teams, it starts to get annoying for other reps/leaders and at some point you I'll just get denied from every team, join a team and stay in it.

    I wouldn't go as far as forcing yourself to stay in it. If you really don't like it, by all means go for another team. It is however true teamhopping isn't exactly encouraged
