Idea Necro

    It'd be a cool idea to have either the necro buffed by either increasing the number of zombies it can spawn but lowering the resistances of them or buffing the zombies but lowering the amount of them can spawn, for example only two can spawn but they have speed 3 and strength 2. This would improve the necro class alot. The objective of the first idea was to give it a support aspect to distract others, the latters job is to be an offensive class and would make him a priority target. Please get back to me as soon as possible hope you guys enjoyed. P.S Inspired by Quality over quantity with a bit of mechanics for it.

    These changes wouldn't sort out the fact that the only way to play necro is by camping.

    Necro is already set for a rework. Unfortunately, like was mentioned, I can't see how this'll solve the main camping issue.

    As a short term fix, something like this is all we need... RIP in pizzas all current necro users until the next major update which will prob happen in a year.
    But I do agree @Xelia_ necro needs to be a more active class by fighting along side its minions. Maybe if a necro is next to its minions, the necro and/or its minions get a certain potion buff effect? (maybe strength I?)

    I enjoy playing necro whether I get kills or not it's fun to see people getting chased around. The necro class itself distracts the other team from the true objective and thats what keeps it so useful. My future for this class would be to make it more of a support class rather than some end-game raid boss.

    No one, is going to spend 30,000 credits to buy necro if all you can do is distract people. A buff to necro, could make it a better offensive, defensive, and all around class. But what's the point of having necro be paid for with credits if it's worse than the given classes? I love the idea for a buff, and I hope they buff it in some way.

    With the current necro update I believe that his kills should be able to contribute to his monster egg because lets be real I've gotten maybe 1 or 2 kills with a zombie and my placement and setup is good.

    The AI of the zombies seem to be the real problem. They keep changing targets and lock onto targets way to slow. Probably something to do with 1.8 or 1.9, but the AI needs to be changed for necro to actually work.

    I think that to make necro a more balanced class we should give the spawner an upgrade from one mob to another. (etc. zomie - skele) The way this could work is for every 5 kills you get a slightly better mob and they also start spawning a little faster. You can monitor how close you are to upgrading on your xp bar. (not sure if this is already a thing but I think this could be really effective.)

    Right now that is exactly what the necro does, except it doesn't spawn mobs faster when you level it up. And it takes FOREVER to level it up (usually you are killed before you get skeletons, and the skeletons themselves don't even shoot they just hit people with their bows).

    Necro needs a big buff, it currently is the worst class in my opinion. I say that necro should buff the zombies around him/her with Strength I (because currently the zombies do a half heart on most classes per hit), Resistance I, and Regeneration I. For these effects you would have to be within 6 blocks or so of the zombie. When you get skeletons, they should actually shoot instead of hit people with their bows. The spawnrate should also increase a moderate amount per kill.

    Also placing your spawner is a pain because there are so many restricted areas for placing it now it is absurd. They need to allow some more space for spawners.

    Necro used to be very good. I have pulled off a 45 killstreak with it (no joke) because I got very, very good skeletons that had were very fast and powerful. I wasn't camping, so I eventually died from an archer's arrow headshotting me (or now called "sniping" me). I don't think brawl will reboot necro for a long time unfortunately. Mcpvp was better.

    Necro is actually a decent class for flag defense. I get 5-10 kills off of ninjas every game.

    The zombies target invisible ninjas. Use the class strategically and watch the credits fly in.

    I don't know about the credits "flying in". There really aren't that many ninja cappers anyway (maybe like an attempt every minute), and also, if another teammate comes by, the zombie switches target. The AI of the zombies are really dumb, and they run in circles and fall of platforms and take like ten seconds to finally reach you. With ten seconds, a ninja can be in and out of the flag room before the zombies reach the ninja. Also, the zombies take forever to even start noticing an enemy, and its just so unfocused. If you want credits, then just try capping or recoving. Necro is a weak heavy that does less damage and has a lot less armor (you can say the Nero has more steak, but the heavy has full diamond armor). Therefore, necro still sucks for recoving and capping, and it definitely still needs a rework.

    Although necro is set for a rework, I'd love to see some short term buff to at least make it playable prior to the rework. With that being said, I am not sure this is the best idea of a short term buff for it.

    I feel that necros killstreak perks should be toned down and instead it should get a selection of mobs to use because as necro your still easy to kill and overtime its less efficient to rely on kills with a class that has trouble getting them
