    As much as I want the reset to be as soon as possible, I think it should be the 12th so that people can use up their gear and be prepared. Not everyone will be notified of the reset if it is tomorrow, so I think it is best just to wait a little longer and use up the gear we've been saving up.

    @chickenputty Can you tell us any information on the new map please? nether size/over world size/improvements/changes made from the current 1.8/end resetting/updated shop(ability to sell saddles/enchanted books)?

    So you gonna reset it with less than a week notice? At least give us till the 19th so we can do drop parties/waste all our gear.

    @SillyPickles is on vacation until 8/14, I'm sure others are gone too. I think the 19th is the best option. I have enough brew supplies to make 20,000 pots, and I want to sell/drop speed/strength/instadams pots, plus I want to drop all the enchant I have in the shop, plus I can drop a half-dub of TNT, plus I can drop probably a few stacks of gapps. More time I have, more stuff I can drop.

    Yes i agree ;-; august 14 is the best option. Also not everyone knows about the reset just yet so it gives people more time to find out and prepare for it. For example @Speedcell hasn't really been on because of college so i doubt he even knows there's an upcoming reset soon

    EDIT: it can't reset on the 5th otherwise no one will have time to use up all their stuff

    I think 8/12 may work the best as people want it ASAP, but they need to use their gear. That sound good?
