    Map Name: Sphinxes
    ID: 327372
    Style: New map inspired by the original Sphinx
    Creators: Xelasi & @xxMineSheepxx
    Restrictions: Block 97 under spawn, flag room, and in/under mountains. Barrier stacked on top of sphinx head and spawn pyramid (images below).

    Something above the map can be an ankh. A big ankh would completely set the egyptian vibe

    I think getting rid of excess pathing and widening existing heading toward the flag room will help. I could open up the side of spawn facing the flag room more. Move any objects that are in the way. Any other ideas?

    I think adding signs with directions at spawn would help as well.

    Overall, I really like the map. The original Sphinx map was an absolute chaotic disaster, but this is a map that will have much better gameplay on it. Good job!

    It looks like sphinx, blackout, and aquafus were tossed in a Yahtzee cup....

    and came up amazing.

    I'll have to check it out in game, but it looks really, REALLY good. Nice work!

    I was thinking Sphinx Blackout and Tanks, but Aquafus also works.

    As it usually turns out no map can be sure to have good gameplay until it's tested for real, but I really hope this map makes it to rotation. Great work c:

    The thing im thinking might be an issue with the new layout is having the spawns in the center and the flag rooms in the corners instead of all lined straight down the middle or vice versa. I'm hoping i can offset the traffic flow with strategic sponge placement.

    Hm, yeah maybe spawns in the middle of flag routes would be a bad thing... but hey, sponges to the rescue!

    Looks like a pretty neat map, I especially like the complexity of the flag building.
    I didn't find any gameplay issues, when I was looking over it.

    There are just two things which seem odd to me:
    - These weird ducks, I mean they don't influence the gameplay, but they don't match the theme
    - I personally think, that the forest biome doesn't look good on the grass areas of the hills

    Oh and you should get rid of these weird signs all over your map (e.g. the one in the blue team's spawn saying "d"), also the spawn box shows the wrong map name/creators.
