A small change to the chatrules

    So you might be wondering what is wrong with the chatrules now?

    The CAPSLOCK RULE (lol I wrote it in caps now mute me already :frowning:)
    Right now writing with caps will look like this with default/normal chatfilter: 2016-10-16_00.09.34.png
    So you can't see it at all but a mod like @Dank_Roke (xD I dont mean anything bad m8, ur doing a good job) will warn you for it.

    Only the people who have themselves chosen to set the chatfilter to off will then notice this. And they have themselves chosen to do so. So I don't see why there is a rule that says too much caps isn't allowed when only peolpe who want to see everything can see it. My point is that we don't need this rule since it doesn't affect anyone (except if you want to be affected...).

    tl:dr: Remove the rule that says you cant use capslock.

    I was told that chatreports for caps is considered an Offense is too minor. Ingame, not sure then since I don't have my censer on off

    I personally don't warn for it because not everybody has the chatfilter turned off :stuck_out_tongue:

    Same, I only do it if it is excessively over used. Then it is just annoying.

    If someone uses full caps for a rage/hate message or uses them excessively I will usually warn.

    I guess the someone break another rule by hating and raging on someone, usually swearing or spamming.
    And if you dont want to see someone using caps you dont have to =)

    I think it is a good idea, since some people like to use caps when they yell at their computer, But then there's people like me who forget they have caps lock on from a previous pvp match when they hit it by mistake. Lmao either way I am good with this filter.
