Increasing player counts

    Sup Brawlers,

    Had a blast playing in the Sunday event today....except for that time @18kss let me get killed because he wasn't watching my 6. Lol

    The point of this thread: To ask for ideas to increase the player count during the week.

    Why is this important? As player count continues to decline to an average of 20 or less during the week this will begin to impact the financials.

    Server Financials can be impacted by lower traffic and lower numbers of people buying boosters and other items.

    If financials go down to "redline" status then the server will begin to loose money and ultimately it will go out of business.

    What ideas do you have to increase player counts?

    I would say that the best idea would be to release war 2.0. Ik ik that's been being said forever, but I'm being serious. If war 2.0 came out the player count would instantly double

    2 things: more advertisement to let people know of our server and encourage them to play, and more updates that make the gamemodes noob-friendly, so these new players are more likely to stay. Its this simple, really.

    Simple - Guides on the servers so when people come on, they know how to play. For example - Raid - There is no guide to it at all, and unless your failure with servers, you won't know what is going on. Same with many of the other servers.

    Advertisiments - These cost, but they are worth it

    Bring back popular 'mini games' like SG/SGG and Skywars - People miss them so much, myself included.

    same i recently logged onto wild west and i have no idea how to play the game after 30 min i just rode around

    war 2 won't solve much problems.

    It's hopefully going to be a lot more noob-friendly, and everything looks more "modern". There's a lot of really weird stuff in war right now (first thing that comes to mind is the way your game stats are displayed at the end of each match, its just such a dumb way of doing things). War 2.0 will make more new players stay on the servers, and if its advertised well, it could attract more players too.

    Advertising a sh*t ton on Mineplex until we get banned, then use proxy to bypass the ip ban and continue advertising some more

    Advertising will help the server a lot. It would help if we could get big youtubers to advertise for us.

    Also, War 2.0 will get more players on...

    a challenge every week, that is noob friendly, and will make people play throughout the whole week.
    For example Most gungames played.
    Most games won (not really noobfriendly because of clans.)
